WRITING

-Fanfiction for Me-

Fanfiction has been a best-friend and enemy to me since I was about 10. I can remember reading fanfiction for hours and wondering to myself: "Why wasn't I writing anything?" At the time I had gotten into poetry but never a full length story. At 13, I started working on my first fanfic and believed it was gold. Ha. It was through this site that I learned that it's not that easy, and that patience is the first thing every good writer must learn. I adore fanficiton for it allows me to borrow another's 'car' per se, learn the mechanics of it, drive through places I've never seen and along bumpy roads, all while collecting needed parts for my own project. It allows me to hone my skills, until it's time that I build my own 'car' before I take it for a spin. Fanfiction is probably one of the best things that ever happened to me.

I've recently been posting polls whenever I come near the end of a fic. It has to do with the next genre I should write it. I will also start posting possible pairings for one-shots as well. Please be on the look out for it and vote!
