Yes, sigh, Zoe Rose is still alive. I can't believe how long it's been since I've been here. I'll explain my hiatus for anyone who still cares. Over the past couple of years some crazy crap has happened in my personal life, stuff I need to deal with even still. I've only had very limited internet access for the last couple of years, making updating next to impossible, and while I longed to continue posting fanfiction, something happened. My computer crashed, completely, attempting to fix it pretty much destroyed everything I had on there. I lost everything I've written, including "The Raven Prophecies" and I had like, nine chapters written and the rest of "I'm Not that Girl" was lost, chapters eight and nine of "Crimson Moon" was lost, and several other stories I had started and wanted to upload when I had the chance were lost. I went back to attempt to rewrite everything, when something peculiar happened, I lost interest. In the fandoms, and in writing fanfiction in general. Maybe it was because I grew out of it, maybe it was because life was, and is, in too much chaos to think about fanfiction, maybe it was because I wanted to devote my extremely limited free time to writing original stuff as I do want to get a novel published some day, whatever the reason was, I stopped caring about this site.

Anyway, last night I was feeling rather nostalgic, so I came back here and read some of my stuff. Ideas have flooded back, good ones in my opinion that I'd hate to be lost forever in my own head, but I don't have much of a drive to write them down. If anyone is still caring about my work after four years, bless you, I am truly humbled and sorry. I don't know when, if ever, I will update. I want to, I really do but I just don't have time. If anyone wants to, they are welcome to PM me. Maybe I just need a little shove, I honestly don't know. Anyway, I truly appreciate all of you who have taken the time to read my stuff. Thank you.

Yes. Zoe Rose lives. I am still trying to finish my stories. So many ideas... so little time (and focus). Once again my internet access had come and gone... and I have it again. Looonnggg story that is really not worth writing. Let's just say I have moved one too many times this year. I don't think anyone is still lingering around here on my page, but if there is one person who is still checking my profile despite the years(!) since and update then take heart. Someday, (someday soon hopefully) I will indeed update. And to that one person who may be still faithfully checking for updates, thank you for your patience and I think you're swell!

"Raven Prophecies" will be updated or bust! (As well as 'I'm Not that Girl' and possibly 'Crimson Moon')

To all my dearest readers and fellow witers,

Zoe Rose is back! I am no longer at the mercy of internet cafes and libraries! You know what this means? More updates from me! I don't know if that's necessarily a good thing or not, but I'm glad to be writing again. I'm a really busy girl right now so updates may not be as frequent as I like, (I know, excuses, excuses)but you won't have to wait over a year to see another update. My goal this time around is to find some focus and actually finish a big project before I move on to the next. It'll be hard to do though, as I have several ideas floating around in my head, and they aren't all for one particular fandom.

Expect an update on "The Raven Prophecies" sometime soon. Honestly, I did not expect such a response to that first chapter, I feel terrible about not updating, yet elated by the reviews.I don't know how many are still interested in reading it after so long, but that won't stop me. I have so many ideas for it, and even though it is one of the thousands of Raven vs Trigon stories, I promise to deliver something that is (I hope) unlike any Raven/Trigon stories you've read. Also expect to see in the near future some pointless one-shots and I'm even currently working on my first actuall songfic and maybe even give the other Titans a chance at the spotlight and give Raven a break. I'm going to try and finish "I'm Not That Girl" soon, seeing as though it's almost done anyway, but unfortunately "Crimson Moon" is on hiatus seeing as though it was going to be a major project like "The Raven Prophecies"and I've lost interest in it. I still like it and like the ideas I have in store for it, so you never know, I may just continue it one day.

Also in the realms of possibility for future projects, I have ideas for "Incredibles", "A Series of Unfortunate Events" and "Rent" fics and a sequal to one of my other stories. Unforunately I do believe my unfinished PPG fics are now on permanant hiatus I am sorry to say. I just don't have the time to put all my fanfic ideas into words so they must forever live within my head until they fade away.

Anyway, I'm getting ahead of myself. Who knows what this year will bring? I just hope (as always) that if you read my stuff (old or new) that you will leave constructive criticism, whether positive or negative. In return, I will try and do the same to your stories.
