I'm Layla and I live in Britain. I write because I have an overactive imagination and it's pretty much the only way I can silence it.

I write Harry Potter and Twilight. Previously only wrote Next Generation, then I re-read the books and a whole story about Fred Weasley popped into my head and, well...

I also write Twilight, though I don't actually like the universe all that much, the only part that really ever appealed to me was the wolves, or, rather, the bonfire Bella attended in Eclipse. It could be because my grandma is Native American, or it could be because I'm weird...but all I know was from that point onwards I wanted to know more about the wolves. I was hoping I'd find out more in Breaking Dawn, but alas I didn't so I thought; why not make up my own?

My stories: Harry Potter; First Universe

Mistakes: This is a Harry Potter: Next Generation story about a teenage pregnancy...I know, how cliché. It's the first full story I came up with and wrote an outline for, then I built up the nerve to post it. Sixteen-year-old Callie Denison is the main character and narrator of the story and James Potter II is the main guy/baby daddy/Callie's love interest. It's about the trails and tribulations of becoming teenage parents. I've tried to make it as realistic as possible and I hope you all enjoy it. Although it's not the best, I'm incredibly proud of this story because it built up my confidence and has made me a better writer.

Second Universe:

Phoenix Lament: The story of Lara Culpepper, a regular girl in the middle of the Second Wizarding War. She snogs Fred Weasley at a party and her whole life is turned totally upside down because of it. Follows the books and the canon storyline.

My stories: Twilight; Universe 1

Simply fate: A Kim and Jared imprint story and my first Twilight story. It's my take on how Jared and Kim's relationship came to be. It starts in New Moon and finished in Eclipse.

Always have, always will: A Quil and Claire imprint story. It starts in Eclipse when Claire is three and continues on from there. It shows the changes in their relationship as Claire ages.

Don't own anything in HP or Twilight except OC's.
