Recently, I went through my fics and deleted the really old and the really bad. Fics of bad writing past were haunting me. I apologize if I deleted anyone's favorites. I will not be writing any more fics for Naruto. Unfortunately that means there will be some Naruto fandom fics left unfinished and some will be deleted completely.

Thank you so much for reading the stories I have created. I appreciate reviews. I read and take each review personally because writing is extremely important to me. My stories are an extension of me, where I pour out my heart and soul for the reader to experience. Good reviews are chicken soup for a writer's soul. They inspire me to keep going especially when that initial burst of excitement for a new story is gone. Constructive criticism is welcomed in that its helps me improve my writing skills. There is always room for improvement and I need to keep doing so to achieve my dream of becoming a professional, published writer someday. Thank you for truthful words. Even bad reviews are good in that they inform me when I've totally missed the mark and need to change something in the future. Reviews that are rude will simply be dismissed. If you feel the need to be vulgar and insulting, go ahead.

This paragraph in written in defense of new and inexperienced writers. It is unacceptable to be rude, cruel, and downright mean when writing a review for this type of writer. All writers have to start some where. None start out awesome right out of the gate. I am aware that some of my earlier stories are particularly terrible, but I don't have the nerve to take them down because I still put a lot of work and effort into them. (This last sentence is no longer true. As I stated before, I will be weeding out more in the future as well. It's a terrible thing to have to send something to the great nether that took so much work.) A reader who is not a writer and has no idea what it takes to get ideas into story form, should not be so hasty to be cruel and thoughtless when reviewing. Then there's also unnecessary rudeness stemming from the fact that a person did not like the content of the story: plot, characterization, an AU spin on it, whatever. There's no reason to attack another human being simply because you did not like their story. That's why Fanfiction is such a wonderful site in that it has a variety of stories to please everyone. It's impossible to please everyone all the time. As long as I can please some of the people most of the time, I'm happy with that. So if a story does not suit your personal taste whether it be content or writing style, move along and find one that does without slamming the writer for not suiting you. My biggest fear is one of you hateful reviewers will injure an inexperienced writer and make them give up on their dream of writing - or worse yet, cause them to harm themselves. "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me" is a load of shit. Words leave scars that never heal. Words can even kill. Be kind to new or inexperienced writers please. It takes quite a bit of bravery to put one's work out there for the world to read and review on.
