I’m crying like crazy right now noooooo! I can not believe this ending, but In a way I’m glad it ended this way for this was a bittersweet ending that showed the character development in such a unique way, that I myself never expected it to end that way

I'm rereading this fic after quite some time and these fluffy moments between Vlad and Willie makes me really sad because I know the ending and they'll never be happy again. :'( This is one of my favourite fics ever. Every time I go back rereading it I wish it had a happy ending.

I have just finished reading your amazing story. So very well written! Professional! So incredibly detailed and yet not too much information and you still get the whole painting so to speak. I am a huge Hellsing fan and this is one of the best stories I have ever read. I have read books from well known authors but yours is far more better than most of them. Please tell me you are or will be an author! As you may understand, I loved the story but oh how I cried reading this last chapter. I never wanted to come closer to the last one, I wanted it to go on and on and on forever. I am still wiping tears from my face. How I hated that Willene and Alucard could not be together and enjoy their beautiful children together. I am a little sad that Alucard was not mentioned after Willene's death. It would have been nice to know how he survived her, what thoughts he had and so on. Beautiful story! Thank you so much for this beautiful experience!

I assume this is roughly around the time when Arthur sealed Alucard away and the hellsing series starts. Does this mean Willie turned to ash and bits of her stayed with Alucard, if so could he see her entire live through her memories? I'm glad you gave her the ending she deserved though. It would have been heart breaking if she simply ceased to exist without so much as a goodbye from her true love or other loved ones.
