Hmm. Who am I? Do I answer with attributes- compassionate, fair-minded, loyal, strong-willed, motivated, directionally challenged. Or with my roles- Big sister, graduate student, daughter, granddaughter, niece, girlfriend, best friend, cousin, lover, employee, Professional Counselor, Christian. Or with what my values/life tenants are- Love always, forgive as quickly as possible, be honest and loyal, work hard, communicate, be fair to people, avoid being judgmental (except for fictional characters- I can totally judge them because there is no one to care!).

My favorite quote is "Live like you are going to die tomorrow, learn like you are going to live forever." Ghandi said that. In my sophomore year of college, I even painted a mural on a wall in my dorm building that had that quote. I think it is important to live without fear while still not forgetting the lessons you have learned.

I designed the tattoo I have on my back. It is of a dove, a dagger, and a cross. The cross has a rose in the center and the rest is made of vines with thorns. It means "Peace when you can, War when you can't, and Love always." I am currently considering adding an eagle. My maternal grandparents had a big part in raising me. They both served in the military, which is what was the major influence that led me to joining, and believe in the Eagle's message of freedom.
