As my username indicates, I am a big fan of anything to do with Nintendo. My favourite video game series are Mario, Zelda, Fire Emblem and Sonic (yes, I know that's made by Sega, but I do like some things not made by Nintendo).

My C2 archive: The Sonic Hall of Fame

Obviously this is an archive for Sonic fanfiction. Specifically, it is an archive for Sonic fanfiction of the highest quality. I will be delving back into the very beginnings of the Sonic section of fanfiction.net, so there's bound to be a few things you haven't seen before. Only completed fanfics will be put on here.

If you have any recommendations for fanfics to be put onto this C2, please post a message in the relevant section of my forums. In the post, please put the title of the fanfic, the author and the url of the first chapter (or the entire story if it's a oneshot).

Note: Just because you recommend a fanfic does not guarantee that it will get in. I or one of my staff members (if and when I get them, see below) will, however, definately take the time to look at it, and will probably review it as well.

Now, I am currently looking for staff members. Specifically, I am looking for ones who feel they can give tough but fair opinions on the following types of Sonic fanfic:

1. SatAM/Archie comics.

2. Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog.

3. Sonic Underground.

4. Sonic the Comic (aka Fleetway)

5. Humour (any Sonic universe)

6. Yaoi/Yuri or equivalents (any Sonic universe)

Allow me to explain why I need staff members for these sections. First, I am only familiar with the Sega Sonic and Sonic X universes. This means that I only feel qualified to judge fanfics set in these universes. Second, I have little or no sense of humour when it comes to fanfiction, so I don't feel qualified to judge humour-based fanfics. Finally, as much as I hate to admit it, Yaoi and Yuri does make me uncomfortable, and thus I don't feel qualified to judge such fanfics.

Now, if you want to be a staff member, the procedure is quite simple. First, you post in the relevant section of my forums. In the post, mention what category (from the ones above) you are applying for, and give information (title, author, url) for exactly five fanfics that you believe are worthy of being put in the C2. I shall make a brief check on such things as grammar, formatting and general reviewer opinion, and if I find them all up to scratch, then you shall get the position.

Now, for humour and Yaoi/Yuri, there are separate positions for each Sonic universe. Be sure to state exactly what position you are applying for.

Note: People can have multiple positions. If you wish to do so, you must show me five fanfics for each section you are applying for. I may choose you for only some of your desired positions if I see fit. However, each position can only have one person filling it. Positions will be given to the first applicants to apply whom I deem up to the task.
