While Tales Of Vesperia is what first brought me to FanFiction.net, what keeps me here now is a crazy idea: a crossover between Burn Notice and Doctor Who. Believe me, I know how odd that sounds... and at first, even I wasn't sure that it would ever work. Maybe for readers it won't, but in my head it does. That's what I'm hoping to share; the stories, the "memories" that I have of Michael Westen and the 10th Doctor. I'd like to think that by believing in it, you can share it in such a way that others feel it; their world, that reality. If not, at least I've had fun trying. Thus, 10 Impossible Things Before Breakfast is born.

The first story, Testing To Destruction - Part 1 takes place after Burn Notice's "Rough Seas", and near the end of Doctor Who's "Doomsday". (I know that the summary states that it was after "Doomsday", but there wasn't enough room to explain the particulars.) The Doctor has just lost Rose, and the story fits into the gap before he is able to send her that one last communication. While the story addresses this to some extent, I hope to reveal the timeline through coming stories. The second one (Extraction) is already underway--and in addition to that, I have a completed 100-word drabble and a 1-line fic. (Currently, they are only available through my LiveJournal, although I may post them here eventually.) If all goes according to plan, Testing To Destruction - What Will It Take? will be the third story in the series. After that, who knows? I have so many scenes in my head, it's just a matter of finding a home for them all. Being fanfiction, I can't say how long I'll have this run, but I'll take it as far as I can. I do hope that you'll consider joining me. :)
