let's see here... I'm gonna be pretty vauge here cause I'm very gullible and I'd rather not have to deal with a stalker or internet pedophile, because I'd believe most of the things they said.

I'm young-ish, male, and I suppose upper middle class would be the best description of my affluence.

I attend a private school in Illinois, but frankly public school is a lot better. (I've been to both)

I have brown hair and blue eyes. I'm around 5'11" and weigh about 175lbs. but I'm still growing.

Personality-wise, I like to describe myself as easy going. I'm not easy to rile up or make upset (So bring it on, negative reviewers!). I smile far too often, and I keep my private life private. Online I'm more polite than I am in real life, which always annoys me. Guess I just don't want anyone to misunderstand me cause the internet has no inflection for the words. uhhh... what else? Oh! stuff about writing!

Writing Ability: I'd say I'm a fair writer, but I make little mistakes and such. I think my biggest problem is a lack of experience is my biggest problem right now, so things like story pacing and keeping details coherent through to the end of a story are still a challenge for me.

Writing Style: I like to write things that end happily in an unusual way. Like maybe the ending isn't all smiles and sunshine, but there's happiness there. My grammar and spelling are good, but I make mistakes just like everyone else. As for language, I prefer to write in a lyrical way. kinda dreamy, and tell important details through implications instead of beating someone over the head with information. A friend once said that I have a flowery style of writing, if that helps. I'd also say that I'm pretty bad at writing humor. (even though that's the first and only genre I've uploaded as of writing this!). I don't know if I have it in me to write a truly sad story, but hopefully someday I will have a flash of inspiration and be able to do so.

Other People's Writings: I am a very fast reader, so I prefer chapters to have at least 5,000 words to them, so that I can really get into the story, but posting on this site has given me a new perspective on that. It's tough to write a lot! I wrote a couple four thousand word chapters for a story and I couldn't imagine making it any longer! So, I guess I won't be critical if a stories chapters are a little shorter, anymore. I like to read stories that have a plot. Romance is welcome and encouraged as long as it makes sense. I don't even mind graphic sex scenes, so long as it is a logical step in the two character's relationship. I hate when "plots" go something like this: "Hey I'm attracted to you!" "I have also just realized that I am attracted to you!" "wanna have sex?" "Sure!". Cmon, what is that crap? It's even worse when the people are two days in a relationship and decide to have sex. No one does that! (I make an exception for a few really REALLY well written stories I read before I had an account.)

...was that a rant? I think it was. Moving on!

What I like: I'm totally into games and anime, I like too much stuff to mention it all but off the top of my head Fire Emblem, Eyeshield 21, ToS, Orphen, Inuyasha (except for the really crappy last few seasons), G Gundam, Super Smash, Lux-Pain, Megaman, Street Fighter, Alice 19th, xxxholic, Tsubasa, Rurouni Kenshin, and much more! I'm also a fan of both yaoi and het.

What I don't like: Naruto. Sorry, the show itself gets a 7/10, which is ok, but the score is dramatically lowered because evertime I tell a fan I don't like it this is their reaction: "OMG!! YOU DON'T LIKE NARUTO!? IT'S THE BEST SHOW EVER! I FIND THE PLOTLINES ENGAGING AND THE CONSTANT FLASHBACKS CHARMING! DID YOU SEE THAT ONE FILLER EPISODE WHERE SOME MINOR CHARACTER DID SOMETHING UNIMPORTANT!?" yeah... what's not to like. ok here's the other stuff I'm not too fond of Crossovers, Action with no romance, character death, Sex with no plot, torture (sexual or otherwise), and yuri. I think Bleach and DBZ are overrated, but I guess that doesn't mean I don't like them.

I thought it would be a cool idea to post my own thoughts on the fics that I've posted, once they've been completed, so that's what I'm going to do!

Rules for Making Friends: Fire Emblem 7 Style!- A fanfiction for Fire Emblem. I truly consider this fic a practice. It was only a thousand words long, it had no pairing, no story, it was in my weakest genre, and it was my first post. I made a lot of formatting mistakes, which I haven't gone back and fixed as of yet. I feel that it was pretty funny, if a bit poorly written and not thoroughly checked for errors. I'd love to go back and rewrite it someday, when I have more experience and more ideas to make it better.

Out- A fanfiction for xxxholic. This was my first fanfiction with multiple chapters. It was a challenge to write so much, but as the chapters went on I was able to write longer and longer, which was heartening to see. I disliked many things about the way I chose to write it. For one, it had two "story arcs", as I like to call them, but they were barely held together by any plot elements. I probably should have seperated them into two distinct fics, but I chose not to. I also feel that for much of the story I mishandled the relationship between Watanuki and Domeki, making them both act out of character a lot, and several times I make them choose actions that don't match their personalities. I also don't like that I added OC's, but xxxholic has so few characters that make repeat appearances that I don't feel THAT bad about it. I liked how I wrote the last chapter. It was misleading till the midpoint, which I liked. I also liked that I was able to successfully convey (in my own opinion) love without actually saying the words. Based on the feedback I got and my own sense of accomplishment from finishing the work, I consider it a definite success. ADDITION! At some point, the fic passed 10,000 hits! hits aren't really a big deal, but 10,000 is a lot of people, when you think about it. Thank you to everyone who gave it a try!
