I have created over a thousand ideas.
Unknown to writer's block.
Nor known to inspiration.
Have withstood fatigue to create many fictions.
Yet, those hands will never write anything.
So as I plan, Unlimited Fan Works!

Potential Story Ideas:

HP/Spider-man: I have seen countless stories where Hermione's father was a soldier. I decided to take it one step further and make him a super hero. I had several different ways to accomplish this, and have a pretty good idea of what I'm going to use. Now all I have to do is plot out what I want to do with the story. I have a few years already vaguely planned, but nothing concrete. If anyone else wants to take the idea of a super hero father, feel free.

HP/X-men: This idea was inspired by a picture. A very AU idea with what will have to be my own custom X-men universe. Lily Evans was more than just a muggleborn witch, she was also a mutant. A certain blue skinned mutant, to be exact.

HP Omake series: This is a crack idea that will encompass the entire series, if I can come up with names for all of the books anyway. Our hero, one Harem Master James Potter, gets introduced to a new world involving magic and insanity. The amusing thing is that I came up with the idea for learning that James was prongs, and claimed that he was a bit of a prankster when explaining how this happened.

HP/Futurama Parody: The golden trio wakes up in the future to find that a thousand years have passed. The wizarding world finally made it to the 1990's! This will take many of the concepts from Futurama and use them for the HP world. Most definitely a humor fic.

HP/Oblivion: Sirius wakes up in a jail cell, when some guards tell him to stand back. The last thing he remembers is fighting his cousin in the department of mysteries.

I have a bunch more HP ideas, some are even not crossovers, I just need to get them written. I might make my own odd ideas story for some of them until I have enough to make them their own stories.

As for Ranma...

Ranma Split: Ranma browses that magic store that Kuno goes to. He finds a book on curse removal. Yeah, it doesn't go as planned. This will most likely be a crossover, but haven't decided on what to cross it over with yet. Leaning towards Negima. I may use Gold Digger, or just make up my own magic setting.

Ranma/Sexy Losers: The cast interacts with the characters from Sexy Losers, and some pick up their bad habits. They are already insane, so some seem like a good idea.

Ranma/HP: Dumbledore decides to get some help, some of his ICW contacts tell him about a certain fighter that could be a great asset. Ranma gets to join the Order of the Phoenix. They don't quite know what to make of this so called muggle.

Now for the other stuff.

Disgaea/Zelda: Hyrule is another netherworld. Most likely will be a retelling with some changes to the background. Yes, there will be prinnies.

Stargate/Gold Digger: The stargate program contacts Gina Diggers as their expert instead of Daniel Jackson.

Stargate/Indiana Jones: Ernest Littlefield returned from his trip to that old castle on a cliff. This led to the stargate program taking off then, as it worked. Time to gather a team. Colonel Jack Churchill, First Lieutenant Audie Murphy, Dr. Henry “Indiana” Jones II. The universe better watch out, team badass is heading their way.
