Well okay, I like other stuff too, but for me, at least half the fun of fanfic is indulging in pairings or sexy fantasies. So be careful if you found my page from a more T story, like K is for Kyoko... ;-)

I don't really like leaving big author's notes in the actual stories. I prefer to just let people dive in and start reading. So what notes and comments I do have, I'll put them up here instead.

Finished projects:

"Schadenfreude" : Fate/Stay Night, rated M - Rider/Shinji. Um... sort of. Really just a quick "Take that, Shinji" oneshot to illustrate a stupid idea I thought up during the middle of a F/SN marathon where everyone was bagging on him as usual. I'm probably an awful person for finding this funny, but then Shinji's an awful person too. If you don't know what the last line means, just look it up on Wikipedia... keeping in mind it is NOT SAFE FOR WORK AT ALL. :-p

"He Who Sees" : Bleach, rated M - Ulquiorra/Orihime. This was written for the 2009 CAPSLOCK COMMUNITY PRONZFEST!! I had the rough draft finished a month before the submission period even opened, so I actually spent that time revising and making it better (can you believe it?), so I'm rather proud of this one. It's actually got a lot more focus on Ulquiorra's perceptions than on sex - and was greatly inspired by watching Richard Dawkins' Growing Up in the Universe.

"Shi" : Bleach, rated M - Ulquiorra/Orihime. I wrote the first one-shot chapter right after I read manga chapter 316, before 317 even existed. It was pretty rushed, a very "gestural" kind of writing, and looking back I kind of wish now I could fix some details or work in some of the nice dialogue from 317... but I'd rather not mess with it when I could be moving on and writing NEW smut! I did write a second chapter though, after I'd taken a long hiatus from Bleach and come back to find UlquiHime had suddenly become a LOT more canon. So this fic is like my UlquiHime time capsule.

Ongoing projects:

"K is for Kyoko" : Death Note, rated T - focusing on a very minor DN character, Kyoko. Yes I'm still working on it, and finally got a new chapter up after a couple months on hiatus. I can't promise I'll ever get back to the rapid-fire of the starting chapters, but I'm fairly confident the next ones won't take quite so long...

If you don't remember Kyoko, chapter 1 will quickly set the scene to give you your bearings and remind you who she was. I've wondered for a while why people should bother writing in Mary Sue OC's to chase after L when there's already a canon character who could be used as a perfect fangirl mouthpiece. But I couldn't find anything about her out there yet (could just be google fail on my part, admittedly). Of course, once I started running with the idea, the whole "have someone get with L" idea got thankfully derailed, at least a bit... I have some other ideas in mind for what to do with her, but like one of Light's evil plans, you'll just have to wait for it to all come together... oh, and since her friend didn't even get a name, I have arbitrarily declared it to be Yuki. I have also declared Kyoko's last name to be Nakamura, after a certain heroic otaku.

Extra note for chapter 4: This shows the last scene where Kyoko actually appears in the manga. (Or at least I'm pretty sure, I'll be double-checking as I go on) This one was a bit odd for me since she seems to be fangirling over Misa instead of L! But I figured she had a good excuse... if you look closely in that panel where L grabbed Misa's butt to steal her phone... Kyoko really is standing right behind L, and looking rather happy about it. (er, the standing next to him, not the butt-grab. Hopefully she didn't see the butt-grab.)

To-do list of stuff idly rattling around in my brain:

-Some more Bleach smut, but very comedic and goofy this time, mostly to poke fun at how much Kubo teases us and eggs on the shippers.

-Something about Earthbound or Mother 3, just because

-Maybe some Yu-Gi-Oh stuff, since I've been finally getting into the real series lately, instead of just YGOTAS.
