I like this piece, and I find the character interactions to be mostly canon-conform.

That said, I'm not too sure about Asuka reflexively attacking people (I mean, she craved attention, and especially Shinji's); but hey, that's up for Interpretation, so there.

Usually I don't read the stories set after the Third Impact, but I decided to read this one out of curiosity, and I did the right thing! It's...how to say? Perfect! And Water Harard is really hot. By the way, I've also read your other story Unreal, and I liked that too.

but i have a question sense this seems to be the only way this may get to you years ago i use to frequent your site but then one day it was gone a number of times over the years i have tried to find archived copy's of your stories mojo rising in particular any chance you still have a copy on an old hard drive or know where a site may have escaped google that has it

Their children are still going to be the last of the line of humanity, unless they have sex with eachother (assuming they had at least one male and female) and give birth to inbred children, that's still the last of it. I think you forgot to mention whether or not any of humanity came back.

Oh my gosh that is the best friggin after impact story I have ever read *shakes her head* Some people have all the talent But one question that I will kill you for if you do not answer (just leave it as an random review for one of my random stories) WHAT DID SHINJI DO AFTER KAWORU DIED? YOu know, this part:

Shinji was quiet for a long time before he finally spoke up.

When he began to speak his voice was so filled with shame that it

shocked her almost as much as what he had to say. He started

with Kaworu, the confusion that resulted, the pain that had

followed the death of one of the only people who had ever openly

admitted they cared for him. The desperation that he had felt with

everyone he knew gone. As he told of his visit to her room her

eyes widened in slight fear that he had done something to her

while she slept. Then they narrowed in disgust as she heard what

he had actually done, then a blank expression fell across her face

as he tried to explain the hollowness that had followed his attempt

to give some measure of pleasure to himself.
