 Author has written 29 stories for Kingdom Hearts, Heroes, Ouran High School Host Club, Final Fantasy VII, Lost, NCIS, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Firefly, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Twilight, and Wicked. Okay. Y'all can call me Miss, I'm 18 years old and I come from the land down under (where women glow and men plunder). I'm an aspiring writer, currently wanting to enrol in a film and television course in order to learn screenwriting and directing, with the aim of writing novels or television shows (or both) when I'm older. Sci-fi and fantasy are my greatest passions. I'm also an avid internet role player, having participated in more RPs than I can count (mostly Lost-related), but am only currently heavily involved in one. RPing has taught me a lot about characterization, interaction, how not to be a Mary Sue and many other things that I wouldn't have learnt just writing fanfics, and it's probably going to be a hobby of mine even long after I become famous. Because I so am. :P My biggest inspirations as a writer are Terry Pratchett (author of the Discworld series, et al) and Joss Whedon (creator of Buffy, Angel, Firefly, etc), both of whom I someday aspire to be half as good as, and I try to incorporate a little of their wit and enthusiasm into my own writing. I also draw inspiration from writers such as the rest of the Jossverse team, Ron Moore, JK Rowling, Alan Alda, Steven Moffat, Gregory Maguire, Damon Lindelof, Carlton Cuse, Amy Sherman-Palladino, Eric Kripke, ad infinitum, as well as a lot of the people I role play with; it's hard to believe they're only doing this as a pastime, with the sheer level of skill they have. Please don't talk to me about Stephenie Meyer, though, or I will have to jab you with a sharp stick.
