I'm really glad it wasn't a misunderstanding that split the two of them apart, even though this is really painful. As soon as Gibbs said "I'm your transportation and it's time to go" I knew what was going on, and I dripped tears for the rest of the story. I'm happy Gibbs was able to put the last 20 years in perspective for Tony. And I love the balloons! It's good that they're together again.

Wow, a nice look into the future. I usually avoid this type of story but I'm glad I read it. Sad but not tragic sad, if that makes any sense. :)

...why did I read this? Cannot *cope* with the emotion! This was so beautiful! The part where he explained why he'd come for him out of all people was just too beautiful! I usually don't like dialogue intense pieces, but your story just had such a great flow to it. Definitely a piece to be proud of, well done and thanks for sharing!

Wow! You had me in tears, literally. Although I knew where the story was going, it still touched me. Seeing the influence that Tony had on the people around him. Beautiful.

Very clever ... I didn't 'get it' right until the end although I kept on wondering what had happened to make Gibbs leave.
