Hello, and welcome to my little corner of FF dot net.Until recently, my sole purpose was reading fiction of the InuYasha/Kagome variety. Now, I've started writing my own, though I won't promise to be quick about uploading anything. I'm a total InuYasha fanatic, and tell others it's my hobby.

I love music, and I listen to about anything. My favorites range from Kenny Chesney to Evanescence. I like to give anything a chance.

I love to play with words, which is probably why I decided to take up writing. I also like to study the Japanese language in my spare time, mostly via the internet

And, I'm also working on an InuYasha fan-site of my own. It's slowly coming together and hopefully sometime soon there will be a link to it.

Creature Comforts: Ah, the things that come to me when I'm bored. The thought came to me over the weekend and just wouldn't budge, so I wrote it down. I made it a small challenge to myself to keep it at five hundred words. Nothing more than a cute, fluffy moment between my favorite couple.

A misunderstanding leads to InuYasha following Kagome home, determined to make the girl listen. While there the hanyou learns a new word..."Kagome, what's a boyfriend?" Now that the bad guys are gone, it's time for adventures of love in modern Japan.

Fic title is also the title of a song by Chris Young (like I mentioned earlier, I listen to everything). The chorus totally reminds me of my favorite couple in the world! - - - Oh girl, You're the center of my world. That place in my universe, to me you're every dream I dream, the air I breathe, my everything. A ray of sunlight shining down, the point my life revolves around, it's like I live to love you girl. You're the center of my world. - - -

Excerpt:

“Who are you talking to?” InuYasha asked curiously. He grabbed a can of tea out of the refrigerator and sat down at the table. Before she could answer, he heard a girlish squeal from the phone. Kagome winced, and held the phone away from her ear.

“Kagome, we didn’t realize you had company!” Yuka cried. Kagome held the phone to her ear again, once the shrieks had quieted.

“Yeah!” Eri and Ayumi chimed in.

“Is that your violent, two-timing, jealous, overprotective boyfriend?!” Eri asked.

“Well...” Kagome began, unsure of what to say.

“Is he staying at your house again, Kagome?” Yuka asked.

“How come you didn’t tell us?” Ayumi whined.

“Well, I wasn’t exactly expecting him. He just…uh… surprised me?” Kagome replied nervously. As she turned away trying to hide the light blush that formed across her cheeks, she was fully aware of InuYasha’s watchful eyes as they bore holes in her back. ‘Can he hear them?’ she thought, slightly frantic. ‘Does he even know what a boyfriend is?'

“Oh, Kagome, that’s so sweet of him to surprise you like that!” Ayumi exclaimed dreamily.
