Into the Unknown: He is about twelve when he learns that 'nephew' is code among the Galaxy's elite for bastard. Bastard means without a father, illegitimate, which is so, so scandalous for any Mandalorian, traditionalist or new Mandalorian. Muffled: Disability. Chronic Illness. Mental Health. In a Galaxy Far Far Away, these still exist. Why wouldn't they? It's not like these occurrences are muffled by society in any way...right? "Secrets of the Negotiator" universe A Week on Tatooine: A sandstorm. A glitchy communicator. A new apprentice. An astromech that keeps having to be cleaned. Bad memories. AU (Completed) (A "Secrets of the Negotiator" prequel) Secrets of the Negotiator: Obi-Wan could have turned them in. (Clone Wars, Prequel era, OG era) The General's Lady: Cody glanced over when he heard a shift and a quiet exhale of breath. "General." (Or - Obi-Wan reveals his decade long marriage to various people, and the Galaxy begins to change little by little.) AU The Lawless: Obi-Wan knew he didn't have the strength or the ability to defeat Maul. He knew if from the moment the sick bastard came back into his life. The next few moments were laid out before him. The Name Jinn: "Do we have your blessing to name our son Jinn? After Master Qui-Gon?" Anakin blurted. AU Completed Star Wars One Shots Anniversary: "You okay, Obi?" Dex asked, eyeing his friend warily while wiping down the counter. He was no Jedi, but he knew that look of defeat. Today had been an eventful day, with Coruscant - and the Galaxy - celebrating the one year anniversary of the end of the Clone Wars. Back from Kadavo: Obi-Wan knew something was wrong. It wasn't a matter of sensing that something was wrong - that he could feel that without even trying. The Force swirled madly around all of them, making it hard to focus on anything. Everyone was disturbed by the events of the past weeks. (Canon Compliant) Domestic Bliss: Obi-Wan comes home from a long day. Satine worries about her legacy. Bear the Tooka doesn't pay attention to their woes. Don't Apologize: When Satine invited him to a festival during the war, she really should have thought it through. (Trigger warning: main character experiences symptoms of PTSD) Duchess of Mandalore: "Satine has been released from prison," Padmé murmured while they walked towards the Chancellor's office after the emergency Senate session. Her skirts swished in the silence of the halls - skirts that no doubt hid at least twelve weapons. No one frequented these halls normally, unless they had a meeting with the Chancellor. Feverish: But at the moment - she was quite happy to have those thoughts banished from her mind, given that Obi-Wan was kissing his way down her body, trying to make up for lost time. (Rated M for sexual content) First and Last: First time. Last time. First time on Naboo, when life hadn't ruined them. Last time on Coruscant, when life was falling apart around them. Grief: Anakin did a rapid calculation in his head and tried to withhold a grimace - today was Korkie's birthday. No wonder his master had been so uptight all day. Obi-Wan should be home today, with his family. Humanity: Some people believed Anakin had lost a bit of his humanity when he lost his arm. Obi-Wan never believed that...well...at least he had never voiced it out loud. Inheritance: Ironic words and a damn, foolhardy crusade. That's all it was, in the end. But Obi-Wan had one last promise to Anakin, and he intended to keep it. Three scenes and one lightsaber...a weapon for a more civilized age. Late Night Giggles: After she giggles for the tenth time that minute, Obi-Wan rolls over in bed and wraps himself around her. He blinks at the bright screen of her datapad, frowning. "What are you looking - " (A moment after the years on the run) Musings: He hadn't been trying to eavesdrop. He really hadn't. But the walls were thin and the documents on his datapad were rather dull and tedious, even for him. It was late at night when the transmission came in, and he was rather curious who would contact Anakin this deep in space. Nighttime on Coruscant: However, we will focus on the surface level, where the elite and the privileged lived...most of whom never had to worry about when to pay the electric bill or when dinner was coming or the radiation levels reaching yet another level. No, these people were often - unfortunately - blissfully unaware of the hardships of the people they claimed to have protected. Obi-Wan's Girlfriend: Anakin raised his hands in a placating gesture, then continued to dig into his meal. He was silent for all but a minute before saying: "Well that necklace you bought on our last touchdown - I'm sure she'll like it." (Soft M) One Day of Mourning: "Are you in okay?" Obi-Wan asked quietly while a gaggle of wide-eyed padawans passed them. He did his best to ignore them and their whispers. It hadn't been a good few days since the news came out about how Sidious how manipulated the entire Galaxy... Political Solidarity: Padmé hears whispers over the years. Rumors. About her dear friend Duchess Kryze. About Obi-Wan Kenobi. She tries to keep it to herself. She really does. Sober: A oneshot based on the song "Sober" that describes the relationship between a certain Duchess and a Jedi Master. Enjoy, my dears. Story of Tonight: Whatever he had said caused Satine to say something and nestle into his side, head on his shoulder. She reached out a finger to touch Leia's hand, a quiet laugh echoing when Leia grasped it tightly. Neither Duchess nor Jedi seemed to notice their audience, focusing only on Leia. When I Come Home: Anakin takes a deep breath, well aware he has to head back to the Temple now or else face another lecture from Obi-Wan regarding the importance of punctuality. At the same time, however, he doesn't want to leave his Angel, his sanity, his wife alone on Coruscant any longer than necessary. "When I come home..." |
