Summary: Taylor triggers with a different power. With the ability to see the auras of those around her, as well as to imbue items with her own emotions, Taylor's life takes a different direction.

Trigger events fracture something, and how those metaphysical cracks are filled defines the parahuman, both in power and personality. There isn't necessarily even a balance. AU: Taylor returns from Yamatai and just wants her life back to normal. The PRT on the other hand wants to know how she wound up killing over 400 people and only walked away with a few minor wounds. So do a few other people. Alt/Power!Taylor. She's not Skitter in this one.

The results of her trip into the locker yield a different sort of administration for Taylor Hebert. Overwhelming power isn't a solution to all of your problems. Sometimes it creates more than it solves. A lesson that Taylor is going to learn all too well.
