Hello. I am xxsugar-highxx, as you all can see from my pen-name. A bad habit of mine is that I change my pen-name very often. I apologize for that.

HOW I WRITE

As many can see from the very limited times I update, I am more of a reader than writer. I can always start a story, yet clueless-ness begins to fill me up after a while. I have the ideas perfectly in my mind, but never the words to describe them in. It is difficult for me to avoid OOC-ness, though I try to keep it to the minimum unless absolutely necessary.. Since the character wasn't created by the fanfiction writer—moi (meaning ‘me’ in French for those who don’t study French), I have many difficulties. I enjoy reading more than writing, but when I all of the sudden feel inspired, I will write something that I, myself consider successful and post it up. As for the slight, or major OOC-ness (it’s actually up to the reader to decide whether or not it’s that bad), if you all don’t mind, you’re more than welcome to read.

When I write, I tend to favour Japanese name (family name, name) ordering over the English ordering (first name, surname) for the ones based on anime characters. I get easily irritated when I read and they put the names in English ordering. When I'm impatient, I just stop reading the story over all. I understand that everyone has preferences; but I hope that my style does't offend readers too much.

Normally, my first chapters of stories will be the longest because I always prefer having the settings well-described. I try to make every chapter similar length, and always remember to add a bit spice in each.

I have decided to start maybe 2 stories and hopefully do uber-fast uploads and get them done before the school-year starts because I am about to go into grade 12 and will have loads of homework piled on me. I haven't exactly decided on the plots, but I have decided on the pairings and am currently fully planning out the whole story line and chapter division.

I have one other story started up (Sasuke & Sakura pairing), which I am about half way through the first chapter; called "A House is Not A Home"--title from the song "A House is Not A Home". Please be patient and await the upload!!

My Favourate Anime

Naruto - I like it because of the action scenes. Yes, the jutsus are awsome. I enjoy watching the action and the touch of humour added.

Gundam SEED /Gundam SEED Destiny - This is the best Gundam animation done in history (in my opinion anyways). The characters are unexpectedly beautiful. The gundam designs are nice, sleek, and not too colourful (for of my liking). I highly recommend it to those who have not seen it.

Kaleido Star - the animated movement in this is very impressive. The storyline flows nicely of how a girl grows and learns things in her everyday life.

Any animations done by Miyazaki Hayao - maybe the art work (meaning the characters) aren't as pretty as some other animes I've seen, but they all have some very nice storylines. It's hard not to find it interesting.

Favourate Pairings

Naruto

Uchiha Sasuke and Haruno Sakura - quite typical, I know. But I feel that Sakura loves the guy so much that she should deserve his attention (notice that I didn't use the word "love") regardless even if it's in dark fics and it's mainly lust or "the need to restore the clan" story-lines.

Uchiha Itachi and Haruno Sakura - one of the first pairings I fell in love with since the very beginning. However, back then, I couldn't find as many good ones. Now, people can find lots of great ones based on this pairing.

Deidara and Haruno Sakura - the pairing I am currently craving at the moment. Send me any you recommend!!

Hatake Kakashi and Haruno Sakura I liked this pairing since I read wonderful fanfictions done by the talented leafygirl. I highly recommend "The Nature of The Game"

Uzumaki Naruto and Hyuuga Hinata - they look cute together

Hyuuga Neji and Tenten

Nara Shikamaru and Temari (Preferred over Shikamaru and Ino)

Anything that is not listed is an un-favourate or an I-don't-mind couple. The first three on the list aren't listed based on "Favourtism". If anything, I'm much more interested in reading Deidara/ Sakura for the time being.
