![]() Author has written 12 stories for Lord of the Rings, and Yami no Matsuei. April 6, 2007-- IMPORTANT Alright, we realize that more or less we have been MIA. We are really sorry, but school is being a bear. We would have had time to write this week as it is our spring break, but that was when our Senoir class took a trip to NYC for a few days. Now I have to get all my school work done that needed doing over break before either of us can start working. So expect an update either this month or next. Our graduation (wow, I can't believe I typed that) is June 2nd, so I have a feeling that unfortunately things are only going to get busier. HOWEVER, you can count on Dementia being completed over the summer, and possibly a new LoTR fic started...possibly! Join our Yahoo! group! http:///group/faith_hope_andlove/amd get special updates and notices, as well as post your own work. We are now high school graduates, 18 years old, and best friends. Stacee Phelps is our other best friend, along with Marie Delcore and Horse Luvar, strange as she is. If anyone wants to read some good original fiction, check out our friends Kitkumi, Marie Delcore and Akita Toma on fictionpress.com. About us Celebdil-Galad Aka: Celeb First of all, I am an anti-conformist, or try to be. This pretty much involves me being me. Things I dislike: Spiders, tests, the aspect of treachery (how can people do that?), the word "hate" (people use it too often, me included) Hobbies: Painting, Graphics, Web-design, Drawing, Writing (original and fan fiction), archery, horse back riding/training , reading and listening to music I have a cat named Vincent Valentine, who I got for Christmas. He is my pampered baby. I love him more than most people I know. lol :P What I want to be: Well, I have beeb accepted to Miami Hamilton's Nursing Program and so if all goes well in a few years I will be an RN under an associates degree and then I plan to get my bachelor's and probably from there I will go on to be a nurse practicioner (sp?). Yep. And on the side I plan to write novels and do art, and of course, continue to dabble in fan fiction from time to time (yeah right, all the time). lol Activities: I used to do swimming and hope to do it again someday. I have done soccer for the past two years, but next year is debatable. Archery IS a sport! So is barrel racing and other equestrain events! I do those too, even if I don't get a chance to compete often. 4-H, Church Youth Group. Favorite Books: "Lord of the Rings Trilogy", "Unfinished Tales", and "The Simlmarillion" all by J.R.R. Tolkien; "The Fall of Lucifer" By Wendy Alec, "Chronicles of Narnia" By C.S. Lewis; "The Great Gatsby" by Scott Fitzgerald (I can't belive you liked that book Celeb!)...hehehe...the list could go on... Tinlaurë aka: Tin I, like Celeb, am a bit of an anti-conformist; this doesn't mean that I go out of my way to not fit in, just that I act like myself instead of what I'm expected to be. What I want to be: ...as if I honestly had a clue... Well at least I know I'm going to college. I'm starting at BGSU in the fall to major in undecided (I really think that it should be a real major _) Interests: Swimming! I love swimming and am on the varsity high school team and the local summer team (still trying to convince Celeb to join again). I am also in Academic Quiz team, band, and several dance classes. I am also invloved in my church, being a part of the youth group and handbell choir. In my free time, I love reading and hanging out with friends. I also help Celeb write her fics (she's a much better writer than I am, (receives hug from best friend)) Dislikes: snakes. As much as Celeb hates spiders I hate snakes. Which never works out well because Celeb likes them and thinks they are cute, (shudders). I also hate tests and homework, but that doesn't mean too much as most people think the same way. I also dislike the way that society trys to bend you to how it wants you to be. I want to be myself and not be judged harshly for it. Favorites: hmmm I like most types of music, except country and rap songs(though I do like some of them). For books, the list would go on and on. Some of my favorites are : The Veritas Conflict, LOTR, Star Wars (I know, I'm a nerd), Timeline, The Fall of Lucifer, Twilight, New Moon, and books by Dean Koontz. Favorite quotes (authors unknown unless indicated otherwise): "Actual Headline: Typhoon Rips Through Cemetery; Hundreds Dead" "Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege." "If you think things can't get worse it's probably only because you lack sufficient imagination." "The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?" (Celeb'spersonal fav) "If my calculations are correct SLINKY + ESCULATOR = EVERLASTING FUN" "Some people are like slinkies, you can't see what they are good for but you can't help but smile when they tumble down the stairs." "Going to church doesn't make you a Christian any more than standing in a garage makes you a car." "As Long As There Are Tests, There Will Be Prayer In Public Schools." "Sarcasm helps keep you from telling people what you really think of them." "The real trouble with reality is that there's no background music." "Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where the heck is the ceiling?" "Murderer? Well, that's a harsh word. I prefer to think of myself as a Mortality Technician." "Ideas don't stay in some minds very long because they don't like solitary confinement." "What Happens If You Get Scared Half To Death Twice?" (just ask Aragorn and Legolas!) "I like to tell people I have the heart of a small boy. Then I tell them it's in a jar on my desk." Stephen King "Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former." - Albert Einstein "In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But, in practice, there is." - Jan L.A. van de Snepscheut "The object of war is not to die for your country but to make the other bastard die for his." - General George Patton "Good people do not need laws to tell them to act responsibly, while bad people will find a way around the laws."- Plato "Tragedy is when I cut my finger.
