I believe in fairytales, and I believe in love, and I believe that though my generation is a little lost there is still hope for humanity.

I believe that music isn't really music unless it makes you feel something. Everything else is just noise you can dance to.

I believe that if you have a handful of people who love you unconditionally you can take on the world without worrying about being judged for being you, and I strive to be one of those people for everyone I meet.

I believe that you can make a stranger's day by stopping to compliment them. You don't need to hold long conversations, you don't need to become friends for life, but pausing in your life long enough to say "You have a pretty smile," or "I like your shoes," may bring a smile to the face of someone who might have been having a horrible day. It's always a wonderful little ego boost when it happens to me. :)

I love to write because my mind is always wandering into different worlds, and putting those worlds on paper helps me feel slightly more sane. I spend more time in my own head than I do in reality, but I've chosen to look at that as a gift, since I can't change it anyway. And I figure, what I write may be amusing little escapes for those who don't have this same gift, or those who have gotten sick of their own ideas and want to take a vacation.
