Writing and watching Anime are pretty much the only two hobbies that have survived my post college era. I hate to say it, but Anime has not been nearly as interesting as it used to be, either because they have ran out of original ideas or I've grown out of my tolerance for two dimensional characters.

As a writer (not an author since authors bother to get published), I write a lot of original stuff. I don't have a genre because my focus is always on characters. I've written space romps, westerns, high school dramas and fantasy. In the end, it always ends up how I handle my characters since the rest is just background noise.

In between works, when I'm stuck or outright procrastinating, I will write fanfiction. Prior to joining this site, I honestly deleted most of my fanfiction as it has always been a relaxing exercise between serious works.

My present work in regards to Rosario Vampire is a prime example of being too lazy to do my own projects. I am doing a little online research here and there to fill in spaces that I can. No point reinventing the wheel so to speak if something already exists and works within the context of my story.

My Pleasure is a 35 chapter story which covers the first month (April 11th - May 15th, 2005) of Kurumu's attendance at Yokai Academy. It is an AU due to the timeline being condensed and because I stole an anime element of having Kurumu being part of Tsukune's homeroom. There are other notable changes and variations in character personalities, but the events still tend to happen in a similar way as the canon presentation. Due to the condensed timeline, My Pleasure covers the first season's CH1-10 & CH40.

My Secrets is a 13 chapter continuation of the original story (May 19th - May 31st, 2005) which covers CH11&12 from the first season. There is not a whole lot of action in this story, but it does progress the overall story with some important developments.

My Devotion is a 36 chapter story (June 4th - July 9th, 2005) which covers the first season's CH13-28. There is a slight variation in canon's order as the story begins with the resolution of Shirayuki's arc before the group has their field trip at the Sunflower Field.

My Popularity is a 13 chapter story (July 13th - July 25th, 2005) which nearly completes the first term. There is no canon content covered in this story with the main focus being on the popularity contest suggested in earlier stories.

My Regrets is an 18 chapter story (July 29th - August 15th, 2005) which includes first season's CH39 while providing some background of the Shuzen household. I feel like this story puts in place enough pieces for everyone to understand how the story will pan out in this AU approach.[Aug'20-Nov'20]

My Resolve is a 35 chapter book (August 19th - September 22nd, 2005) which starts with the obon festival and carries through the first month of the second term. The order of canon content is jumbled about with CAPU2 CH18-22 happening before the new term which kicks off with CAPU2 CH1-3. CAPU2 CH7-9 worked better being before CAPU2 CH4-6 and the story wraps up with a version of CAPU2 CH17. This also includes the short story of the Cursed Tengu Flute as part of Kurumu's band article.[Dec'20-Jun'21]

My School Spirit is a 36 chapter book (September 26th - October 31st, 2005) which picks up a couple days after last book and ends with the cultural festival disaster. The altered canon sequence is CAPU2 CH23, CAPU2 CH15&16, midterms, CAPU2 CH25 and CAPU2 CH24. Then preparations for the cultural festival kick off with the story finally wrapping up the first season's CH29-38. This also includes the short story of Angel Sama as part of Moka's paranormal article.[Jul'21-Feb'22]

My Invitation is an 18 chapter story (November 4th - November 21st, 2005) which covers most of the time while the school is under reconstruction. The majority of this story will be the trip to the Snow Village CAPU2 CH10-14. [Mar'22-Jun'22]

My Student Council is an 18 chapter story (November 25th - December 12th, 2005) which covers the student council elections which start up right after school is back in session. This also includes CAPU2 CH26 and Mizore's birthday.[Jul'22-Oct'22]

My New Year is an 18 chapter story (December 16th - January 2nd, 2006) which kicks off at the end of the second term and has the group fly to China to repair the rosary. This project which covers CAPU2 CH27-42 ended up best compacted in the two weeks of winter break.[Nov'22-Feb'23]

My Liberation is an 18 chapter story (January 6th - January 23rd, 2006) which wraps up the final manga battles. I did break out CAPU2 CH47-49 as an earlier assassination attempt arc in which the academy is subsequently put under siege. A formal challenge for surrender issued by one of the siege commanders allows for CAPU2 CH44-46 to be handled separately. CAPU2 CH50-55 became a rescue arc which had a small break to allow for rest & recovery. CAPU2 CH56-66.6 remains the final battle which happens in the span of two chapters. There are notable deviations but nothing too extravagant.[Mar'23-Jun'23]

My Serenity is an 18 chapter story (January 30th - February 16th, 2006) which has a simple return to school life with a few remarks on how the world is being calmed over the monster uprising. It does include CAPU2 CH67 as well as Tora's birthday and Valentine's Day.[Jul'23-Oct'23]

My Encore is a 35 chapter story (February 20th - March 26th, 2006) which is nothing but a bunch of filler fluff to finish out the school year. This would include Yukari's birthday, White Day and Graduation. Don't know if I would continue the story after this point, but felt I should at least get the series to the one year mark.[Nov'23-May'24]
