Gah! I've been gone for so long! I'll be off and on again this year. :)

Hi. I'm Evee. I'm nineteen and I'm addicted to Harry Potter Fanfiction.

There, I've admitted it. They say the first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem. I've resurrected this account after a two and a half year hiatus. Right now I'm working on an enormous project. I'm in the planning stages of rewriting the Harry Potter series starting with book 4. I have some serious beef with JKRowling over what she did with that series. The half-finished story Can Muggles See the Dark Mark? is a subplot in one of the books I dreamed up when a full rewrite was still in the "fantasy" stage. I might choose to keep updating it, or I might take it down entirely and make you all wait for "Book 7". :P

Aside from Harry Potter fanfics, I like to read LoTR, Song of Ice and Fire, Foundation and Tamora Pierce ones. I'll try just about anything once. :P

Outside of writing and reading, which are the obvious interests, I play and coach some hockey (that's ICE hockey) and I like to cook. I live in a big house in a small city where it always rains but never snows. I love to curl up in a chair with a big mug of tea and a good book.

Current Projects:

Aside from the aforementioned rewrite, I'm working on a number of smaller (sometimes fluffier) pieces, all of which I hope to make consistent with my "new cannon."

"Reunion" is a really fluffy bit set in the Marauders' era. Sirius and Remus throw a reunion party for all the Gryffindors in their year at Hogwarts. Firewhiskey is consumed and fun is had by all. Introducing a few OCs with familiar last names (as Lily's friends) and on Gideon Prewett, whom I decided is Molly's younger brother, not older.

"Black Sheep" is the tentative title for my Goblet of Fire alternative subplot. It's a Percy-centric story about his first year working for the Ministry and what it's like to work for a Minister under the Imperius Curse.

"Can Muggles See the Dark Mark?" I'm getting a little bit tired of this one, to be honest, so I may not update it soon (read: ever), but if you're interested in seeing it continue and would like to help me get past the serious block I've got with it at the moment, PM me and we can chat!
