Hello, world!

I've been hovering in the background of this website for a while, trying to find the time to put my mad ideas down on paper, and I've finally decided to come out of the shadows. Thanks for checking out my stories, and I hope you enjoy.

About me: Well, I've gone from being a college student with very little free time to being a teacher with even less free time, most of which is spent in gloriously nerdy pastimes such as reading, writing and watching shows like Doctor Who, Star Trek and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. If I ever get my ideas out of my head, I'll be exploring these and other fandoms as well.

I am what my brother refers to as an "obsessomancer," meaning that I tend to go a bit overboard in my obsessions with various things. Right now, that obsession is Doctor Who, so that's where I'll be starting with my writing. I've got big plans for my 'verse, and I'm very excited.

I should warn you, any character I get super attached to in books, movies or TV shows tends to end up dead, or removed from the show in some way, and part of my writing tends to be me trying to fix that so I don't have to say goodbye to my favorites.

By the way, no, my name is not Rianna Benden, and no, I'm not going to tell you what it is. :)
