![]() Author has written 33 stories for Hobbit, Avengers, Captain America, Star Wars, Supernatural, Carry On, Vikings, Merlin, Star Trek: 2009, and Great Gatsby. Hello, everyone! Thank you so much for visiting my profile. I absolutely love to write and have an unstoppable passion for my fandoms. I sincerely hope you enjoy my stories, I know some are better than others, but I think in order to see how far you have come you must look back to where you were. I like to write in almost all genres, though when I tend to get carried away and end up turning a tragedy into a spoof. Tad bit inconvenient for editing. News: On account of my late updating: A writer is never late, nor are they early. They arrive precisely when they mean too. King's Last Legs on Hiatus Strengths/interests when writing: Fantasy Fiction Non-Fiction Third-person subjective Third-person multiple Omniscient point of view Past tense Drama Angst Hurt/Comfort Comedy/Satire Fluff Mental processing Description Getting a mood across Characterisation Weaknesses: There will always be something I miss unless I look it over a few times. I have not written in the first person in a while. I tend to post things late and don't edit until I have already published it. Sometimes won't update for months. (sorry) Can't stand reading my old writing, but keep it there for the reason stated in the introduction. I tend to only write fanfics spontaneously or as practice, so not as much work goes into them- though I still really enjoy it and care about them. My Editing: I am absolutely hopeless at editing my own work exactly after I have written it. I can do a bit of editing here and there, but in order to properly edit I need to come back to it later or else ill hate it forever and burn it in the fires of Mount Doom. I'm far better at editing other people's work, without 'crossing out everything' way. I strive to maintain the writer's style but help them better characterise, get a mood across and improve grammar. I am also a Beta Reader. Not sure how well I'm selling that, though... |
