![]() Author has written 9 stories for Naruto, Dragon Ball Z, and One Piece. Hello my Lovelies! I am known as Volleys-chan! I am currently 29. I enjoy writing, reading, playing video games, drawing, and among other things. My writing companion is Ryu-chan, otherwise known as Hitoshirezu Ryu, my school roommate whom I have been co-writing a fanfiction with. Go to her profile to read the story if you wish. It is a One Piece story that we have been working and plotting for the last year and a half or so. We're finally going through it all, and rewriting it one more time and posting it as we finish writing these final revisions. If you want to know more about that story, read her profile, it is pretty much all about that one story. I am currently into One Piece. Blame the roommate if you were into my DBZ or Naruto stories. As for One Piece, I've found myself enjoying it more and more and more. I probably will write my own Trafalgar Law story before I get around to working on my own, old stories. Or not, seeing as I recently posted the beginnings of No Gilded Cage to Hold Ye. It's starting out sorta slow, but once I get past the current part I'm at, I'm hoping it will flow a little better. I mainly have the characters down and the base outline, but getting from point A to B is a little tricky. Especially when I want to introduce characters that have yet to make their appearance. As for people who are wondering why I am suddenly more interested in One Piece than Dragonball Z or Naruto, let's go with that One Piece is a much larger, much more complex world with more complex characters and gives a writer more room to work with. Naruto is fun, don't get me wrong, but I stopped following it because I felt that it was becoming too repetitive and some of the characters are falling back into their old selves rather than rising to greater heights of character development. Sure, Luffy is immature, but so is Naruto. But I feel like we are given a much larger world and deeper characters within the world of One Piece, including corrupt government, the constant battle of right and wrong, stereotypes, and so much more. Read Ryu-chan's profile to read a full description of what we feel can be found within One Piece's plot. Better yet, read our collaboration story: The Dragon Chronicles It's going to be a very, very long story filled with twists and turns sure to keep you entertained. And, if you have time or are a fan of 'I don't like you!', here's a collaborative special between both her story and Dragon Chronicles: Adventure on Snowflake Island She and I might have gone a little crazy. It was suppose to be a short special... but it ended up an Arc. Also, I just started posting on a Tumblr account. I have been attempting to do a 'one sketch a day' challenge and this is where I will post my works and even updates on chapter postings (possibly giving away sneak peeks or a few treats for those who read my One Piece fan fictions.) I always have a hard time following through with things, so that's why I am trying the one sketch a day challenge- to follow through on my word. Help support me by following me and giving me comments on what you think. I'm always happy to hear from you all. Here was the link (but external links don't work anymore on this site): Title Pending So, here are the stories written so far: Collaborative: Work in progress: Completed: Trusted One- 17 chapters, 98,166 words, over 293 reviews, and over 24,000 hits Almost Full Moon- 1 chapter, 5,735 words, 65 reviews, and over 2,359 hits *I will not be continuing the Trusted One series and thus have changed Almost Full Moon into a One-shot. I apologize to the followers, but I do not like either story any longer and only keep them up because of their popularity (if people didn't like them so much, I'd delete them, but I won't disrespect your wishes). No, I will not give someone else the rights to continue it. I'm sorry, but I think it deserves to be completed after all this time and not dragged out any longer (besides, I can't figure out why people like it. I hate it. Bulma is such a mary sue it hurts).* Incomplete: *Let me just write a note here that all my work is currently on hold. I am co-writing a story as of right now and that is taking up all of my attention. That and the real life now that I am actually working. But, I promise you, when I do start updating again, I will probably be releasing rewrites of these stories. I have realized that there are so many plot holes in my old work compared to my newer work and I wish to rectify that!* The Setting Sun- Hiatus One Heck of a Tale- Deleted The Legend of the Black Cat- Hiatus KureTori- Hiatus (rewriting slowly) Hummingbird- Hiatus (rewriting very slowly) From Under the Kage's Hat- Deleted Gashin: Artistic Instincts- Hiatus (posted new rewritten chapters, but on Hiatus again) I will definitely try to keep you all updated on what I am doing, but I come and go and am much more of a lurker than a participant on social media sort of sites. If you want me to read something, I will definitely give it a try and if I like it, I'll definitely attempt to review and give my feedback. Just understand that asking me to read something means your opening yourself to honest criticism and suggestions, not simply a 'Wow, this is great! Please update soon' review. Ja Ne |
