I am Jade Took of the Shire and as you can probably tell for my name (hehehe) I am a big LOTR fan...okay big is a HUGE understatement.

I am best friends with another FFN author here called Halo Son (aka HaloGatomon as she's known here) and therefore any friend of Halo is a friend of mine ^-^ *waves to Cassia, Sio, Lina, Nili and all the others who threaten Halo's life with every new post of her fics*

I'm obsessed with LOTR; I simply LOVE the books and the movies are awesome. Just a couple of complaints about the movie so far...I WANT TO HEAR LEGOLAS SING!!! (Halo: ME TOO!!!) and...WHY WAS FARAMIR'S CHARACTER CHANGED?!!! *wails* LOL!!! Faramir is my fav character from LOTR, closely followed in joint second place by Aragorn, Legolas and Pippin with Frodo and Sam in joint third place behind them.

I have only just recently got internet, so now I'm OVERWHELMED at the prospect of reading ALL the LOTR fics here (BUT I'M DETERMINED TO DO IT!!!), lol, but Halo has kindly given me the names of some LOTR fics I MUST read above all else (thankies Halo!)

Some LOTR fics here I've read already, such as Priceless Treasure (*faints at the ending to that*), Bridge of Rememberance (LINA!!!), Beyond This World (*sobs and bawls into a tissue* THUNDERA YOU ARE SO GOOD!) abnd a few others (*glares at The Insane One and Nili for their evil cliffies to their fics*)

Hopefully I'll be posting some LOTR fics here too and I hope I'll get reviews for them (I DON'T CARE IF I JUST GET ONE REVIEW!!! Tis better than none in my opinion ^_^)

Veynor - Many, many years have past by since the War of the Ring and though age is taking it's toll, Aragorn longs for another journey. When one presents itself to the King of Gondor he is determined not to turn it down, despite the fact he might be walking into a deadly trap.

6 Days And 5 Nights - (By Jade and HaloGatomon) After a deadly encounter with orcs and wargs, Aragorn is left terribly wounded and in need of immeadiate aid. When he is eventually found by Legolas the man is barely alive. Will time allow healing or sorrow?

The Horse Witch - (By Jade and HaloGatomon) From the mists she came and within her is two forms of the same body. Now she is looking for a host body to steal life energy for her own evil purposes...and she's set her sights on Glorfindel. Aragorn, Legolas, Elladan, Elrohir and Elrond must see past her web of deception if they are to save Glorfindel from a horrid fate, but little do any of them exactly what they dealing with.

From The Shadows It Came - (By Jade, HaloGatomon and Bethany Greenleaf) It was thought all the vampire slaves of the old days of darkness were no more...but that is not entirely the truth, as Aragorn painfully discovers one night while travelling back to Rivendell and the results of this encounter will last far longer then the eventual death of the winged creature of the night.
