I love giving reviews to other writers as well, it only takes a short amount of time and I know that an author loves to receive them. Reviews can help inspire a writer to write more or less, and I think that the people who take the time to write out a review for me are really great readers. BUT then there are some people who like my stories, add it to either their favorites, story/author alerts and never even bother to just write out a review. I know it's petty, but it really does bother me. One person favorited BOTH my stories, story and author alerted me and STILL didn't leave a review.
