Author has written 30 stories for Wolf Lake, Tuck Everlasting, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Birds Of Prey, John Doe, 24, Andromeda, Tarzan, Gilmore Girls, and Earth: Final Conflict. ((Bio last updated March 16 2005)) This was originally something that I told to a very good friend of mine when she was feeling a little depressed about how her family didn’t seem to understand her wanting to write all the time, and since then, it has kind of become my motto for writing in general, and provides an outlook that I believe that most writers (struggling or not) need to find within themselves to believe in… Story telling goes back within history since the beginning of time. It weaves dreams. Creates fantasies, and all in all, makes reality one hell of a better place to live in. Most people don't comprehend (not truly) that without this gift, the world would be one boring and extremely sad plane of existence. Many would tell you that it doesn't matter whether or not you're talented, because there are so many people out there just as talented, so why bother joining their ranks, when your chances of coming out on top are near non-existent? But yet it only takes that one person to ignore the pressure of those negative sentiments to create something that will change the fabric of a generation... And as a result, the entire world. All good stories are precious, and provide so much for this planet. Whether it's shows, movies, books, or fan fic (or music) in all honesty we can't live without them. It doesn't matter whether or not your art touches millions, or just a dozen... Point is, it touched SOMEBODY, and in the end, isn’t that really all that matters? To touch one life and make them look around at their surrounding world just a little bit differently... isn't that why we write in the first place? Well, I guess I'll take a moment to say a little bit about myself... This is, after all, a bio page... First off, I'm 20 years old, and I run pretty much single-handedly a fairly good sized breeding operation of a very special (and endangered) line of horses that are my first passion, and the pride of my life! I also manage a small aviary, in which I handle the breeding of exotic parrots. At one time, I can be found caring for around 60 animals of various species, as well as a 100 acre farm which is a little piece of heaven in my eyes! I've been a fan fic fan for about 6 years now. It originally started with fanfic based on the Labyrinth, and it just kinda grew from there. I'm a huge Laby fan, but sadly, I've never written for the movie, simply because there was never a need to do so. Some of the best fanfic stories that have been written have been written for the Labyrinth, and frankly, I'd find the pressure to be a little too much! So, I have instead taken my talents elsewhere... Wolf Lake – Well, what can I say? If you are reading this, then chances are you’re already one of the few thousandfans who are already fairly intimate with where this little bit of insanity has led me! My award winning Wolf Lake Virtual Season One Continuation is definitely my baby, and one that I've sometimes feared would KILL me, but I'm very proud of it, and it has done very well by me. Although you can find all the "episodes" here, I do urge you to take a gander at the website address listed above. Of which I am also very proud of... It even has a few interesting graphics for viewing pleasure. The Virtual Second Season has finally begun, and should keep me very busy over the course of 2005... So here’s to another season! Also, as a side note, PVT is finally back online again... So for those of you who preferred reading my series there, you now can. I have also written a stand-alone piece for WL, entitled “Welcome To Wolf Lake”… This is definitely one of my favorite creations of all time, when it comes to my own work. It is a both a prequel to the entire storyline (both my virtual one, and the original… and as such, makes a wonderful introduction into the world of Wolf Lake for those unfamiliar with the either series) as well as the ‘unofficial’ prequel to another WL series that I’m currently working on, entitled “Embrace of the Wolven”… I have created a Group at Yahoo, entitled "Wolf Lake - The Virtual Seasons" complete with a message board for all the fans of both the "official" show and "Unofficial" show... Links, and so far, over 400 pictures, graphics, sceencaps, and images in the "Photos" section based on the show (both the official one, and my virtual creation)... Here's the link... Please drop by, and sign up to be a member! I know I’d love to see you there! Earth: Final Conflict – This is the genre responsible for getting me to write my very first fanfic, entitled “If Only For One Night”, and as such has a very special place in my heart. All of my stories for this genre are based around a Howlyn/Renee pairing, and always will… IOFON was the prequel to the very successful “Black Fire” which was finally completed after a little over a year’s worth of work. While the stories were here, they gathered well over 300 reviews, but because these two erotic stories have a very high rating, I was forced tomove them to http:///aff/... You'll still find the first few chapters posted here, but they are basically just "previews", which contain no content above 's ridiculous regulations... The direct links to IOFON and BF are... http:///aff/story.php?no=25062 and http:///aff/story.php?no=25148 You can also find it here, both stories combined into one... http:///fearthfinalconflictcentralfanfiction.showMessage?topicID=2286.topic Some people may be surprised to find out that Howlyn and Renee are actually my favorite couple out of all my fanfic creations, including Wolf Lake. Maybe one day I will write another story for them! We'll just have to see... Tarzan: the WB Series – Icompletely fell in love with this series, and I couldn't seem to watch even one new episode, without having yet another short story demanding to be written… Which is what brought about what I named the “Reflections” series. It is a collection of all of my short stories for this genre, and although each of the stories is a stand-alone and can be read separately, I do hope that you will make the decision to read them all, in the order that I created them… All of the stories are listed here, as well as at the two following INCREDIBLE sites… http:// (You will find them in the Forum section, under “Ancient Texts”) And at http:// (in the “Stuff” section, under “Fanfictions”) I will probably be posting them at a few other sites along the way as well, but those are the two main ones at this time. This series has finally reached its conclusion at a total of fifteen stories… They are as follows… Part One - “I’m With You” Part Two - “Lies” Part Three - “Fallen” Part Four - "Forever" Part Five - "Hollow" Part Six - "Nothing Thicker Than Blood" Part Seven - "Dangerous Parallels" Part Eight - "Breathe In" Part Nine – “"So Are You To Me" Part Ten - "Choices" Part Eleven - "A Similar Song" Part Twelve - "It's You" Part Thirteen - "Trust" Part Fourteen - "Checkmate" Part Fifteen – “Show Me The River” This series definitely holds a very special place in my heart, so I hope you will take the time to read it... "I Shall Believe is another Tarzan project I have, separate from the Reflections Series... It is a short yet emotional and erotic series that I created. The first seven chapters have been posted here, but the rest (the second part) is posted at http:///showthread.php?t=901&page=1&pp=10 ... "I Shall Believe" will also be posted in its entirety at http:// shortly. Also, an artist by the name of Erni has created a several series of wallpapers, including her own version of "Reflections" that she has requested my input on at times... her creative abilities are truly extraordinary, so if you are interested in taking a look at them, then go to her page at http:///erniwall.htm If you like what you see, then send her an e-mail telling her your thoughts! I know she'd love to hear from you! Erni861872@ Andromeda – Ah yes… yet another one of my ventures into a fandom which owes the core if its existence to Gene Roddenbury… Tyr/Beka… Simply put, I loved this fandom… But they've done some strange things to the Andromeda universe lately. And I think they're planning on a pairing between Beka and Tyr's son Tammerlan, which I actually think will be pretty cool. All of my Andromeda stories are also posted at http:///bwanderingminds This is the best place to be if you are a shipper for Beka/Tyr (which I still very much am, even if I can't seem to write for them anymore)… It has almost all of the famous fics that used to have, before its so-called "NC-17" ban went into affect. (note that I write that with an extreme note of sarcasm) Dune – I am the co-author (something I thought I would NEVER do) to a series based upon "Dune", which is taking some from the books, but primarily from the famous sci-fi mini-series. The main one being "Children of Dune"... The first few chapters of this epic are already posted at ... It is entitled “The Forked Golden Path”… you can follow the link here to read it… Please don't forget to review and let us both know what you think! Various – I’ve written short stories for Tuck Everlasting, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, John Doe, 24, Birds of Prey (which has received over 2,500 hits) and most recently Gilmore Girls… and even though I never plan on adding to those fandoms with new works, you never know… anything’s possible. I enjoyed writing every single one of them, and the incredible response I got to posting them here. It was truly touching how many enjoyed them, and I will forever appreciate the support I received for sharing them! Beta Work - Some of the stories that I have had the pleasure of being a beta to, include the latest chapters of the incredibly popular and epic Labyrinth series called "A Forfeit of Dreams" by K.L. Morgan (in which I co-authored an alternate ending) This is the story that I consider THE Labyrinth sequel, despite such a huge amount of stories to pick from. Most just don’t come close to what this girl has created. I also betaed her epilogue to this series, which was posted separately, and had a small hand in convincing her to begin a sequel entitled “What Dreams Must Come” in which I also currently serve as a beta for... I did beta some of "A Matter of Time" by the queen of Howlyn/Renee fanfic AKA Jay, whose work is actually responsible for convincing me to begin writing my own E:FC H/R fic, and in so doing, getting me addicted to the writing of fanfic (it's all her fault. I deny any and all responsibility g)... This series is extraordinary (as are all of her works) and I continue to hold out hope that she will one day complete it! http://www.fanfiction.ws/read.php?storyid=767073 And most recently, I’ve put my beta skills to work on the amazing original paranormal/romance/horror series "The Lupin Chronicles" by Nightwriter2 (who is also a very good friend of mine), and which is currently being posted at http://www.fictionpress.info/read.php?storyid=1169193 All of these series are definitely worth checking out, if you have not already! Okay. Yeah. I finally did it. I set up one of those blog thingies at http:///~sapphira4507/ I'm getting into the flow of releasing several posts a week, so my fans can get an even more detailed look inside my world, which will include my position on different fanfic projects and life in general… Things that I won’t divulge on my message board or in my author’s notes… And I think that this will work out better in that regard, too…. At least this way, everybody can choose whether or not they want to read and/or reply to my ramblings about stubborn muses, inarticulate venting, success of actually making a self-imposed deadline, and the humiliating groveling for forgiveness when I don’t. ;) |
