Author has written 4 stories for Twilight, and Harry Potter. I go by RedCaprice. Anyhoo, I have an addiction to Twilight and Harry Potter and fan fiction. (Understatement of the century!) It takes a lot of courage to post a fanfic. It really is true what Stephenie Meyer said, that the characters talk to you. They are so alive, you just have to write their words. Honestly, I've never been one of those that enjoys writing but it's growing on me and they wont stop talking to me. Let me tell you, Laurent is a talker! And for that reason, Run With Me will get told(Update: Run With Me is complete). Laurent doesn't want to be the bad guy. If anyone's the bad guy, it's me. I seriously have this problem where I can't stop killing off characters. Soooo... you've been warned. It's makes me feel like a hypocrite because I really hate that J.K. Rowling killed off a bunch good characters in the end. What I'm currently working on: As for writing, you may have noticed that I've taken down "Stay With Me," no big loss there. As of May 2011, I have been writing a Harry Potter Fic where I've crawl inside the mind of Bellatrix Lestrange. No fluff about reformed Death Eaters here! In this story we see Voldemort and how I think he is around his most loyal, Narcissa trying to navigate between life in society and life as the wife of a Death Eater, Severus Snape before and after his change in loyalty and finally... a look into the marriage of Bellatrix and Rodolphus Lestrange. And a baby? The heir to the Dark Lord no less. You'll just have to wait and see. "Excuse me, Bella, How does a loveless marriage work?" A confused author, such as myself, asks. "Well, Cindy... Rodolphus and I are good friends," Bellatrix replies. "Okay, but there has to be more...Surely you didn't just decide to get married." "The devotion to the Dark Lord is a very bonding experience," she lowers her voice and leans in, "besides, Rodolphus has a secret." ...And then her sadistic thoughts mingled in with my own and I lost her for any further questioning. I can't wait until it's ready to be posted and I expect it will be my longest story to date. Update: I am back at it! I swear, An Abridged Dynasty will get finished! Who I'm currently beta reading for: Chewie4370 oxoxo Does anyone else wonder why vampires don't have condensation form of them? Quick, someone sit a coaster under Edward! Must Reads (From my fav's list) They're all excellent, but if you only had a chance to read a few stories, these are the ones I HIGHLY recommend. These are the ones that I finished and said OMG I have to read it again--and then did! When A Lioness Fights- It's the most kick-ass story, I swear. I walked around for a week or so after I read wishing I was cool enough and had a good reason to strap daggers to my thighs. Unfortunately, I don't. When Love And Hate Collide- I can't even think of words to describe it. It's so intense. (it's currently being reworked...) Harvest Moon- It's a cannon post-breaking down story and boy, is it ever a thinker! The girl that writes it 'is like, God-smart.' I think she should sell her story to Stephenie Meyer, and if I were Stephenie Meyer, I would buy it. That's how good I think it is. I think all Twilight fans should read it. (...and everything that Content1 has written) Wide Awake- It's an all-human story, that, when you first start reading it, you're like, what does this have to do with Twilight other than borrowing the character names? Then a few chapters in you start drawing on the subtle Twilight parallels and by the time you're done, you're like, damn, that was better than the original. Totally not kidding at all. Past and Present- current favorite AU ever. It's just good, although the author has taken it down to re-work it, but once it's back up, I swear you have to read it. And last but most definitely not least, every last word written by Aurette. She is my absolute favorite author. |
