I'm soooo bad at this profile thing. Well. Can't be helped.

I'm a french girl, wandering around the place to read/write ruroken stories.

I've watched the Rurouni Kenshin anime, then the OAV, then I went on reading the manga, and finally I was left all alone without any Rurouken anymore and somehow landed on this site. The story "Children of war" has been obsessing me for a while, but it was really hard to make a plot that made sense.

I love the bakumatsu parts of Kenshin's story. I have more trouble with the rest of the Jinchuu arc, maybe because it puts an end to the story... probably that's why I started writing a fanfic. I really like Sano's character, because he's so, well, carefree. I'm a little bit annoyed at how passive Kaoru is in the manga. In the anime, she fights a lot more. I mean, she's a kenjutsu assistant master, damn it. Even though she's not as strong as Kenshin or Sano, she could get a little more space. Even Yahiko's better off, but that's for the sake of the young readers. I think at some point I'll make her the main character of a story.

I read other manga too (liked lately : GTO, Vagabond, Full Metal Alchemist, Full Metal Panic, Sola), and a lot of other stuff than manga (Pratchett's Discworld, Gaiman, a bunch of french sci-fi or fantasy author you haven't heard about).

What else is there to say about me? Well, there are two questions I never answer with "no", even when I should: "do you want some coffee?" and "do you want some chocolate?".
