![]() Author has written 18 stories for Harry Potter, Doctor Who, and Torchwood. hi there. I'm Nora, writer, reader, and general story lover. I write for Harry Potter, Torchwood, and Doctor Who. I read for the aforementioned, Community, House, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Warehouse 13 and a few assorted others. here are some things you should know about me and my stories. My OTPs are Percy/Penelope, Remus/Tonks, Neville/Luna, Jack/Ianto, Eleven/River, and Five/Nyssa (and Jeff/Annie for you Community fans!) Ships I like (but don't love like my OTPs) are Ron/Hermione, Bill/Fleur, Amy/Rory and Ten/Rose (and Daphne Greengrass/Anthony Goldstein, but I think I'm the only one who writes that) Ships I like to read when I can find a well-written fic are Seamus/Dean, Harry/Cedric, Sirius/Remus, and any ship that isn't listed below. Ships I hate are Jack/Gwen, Percy/Oliver (or that infernal Audrey woman), and Ten/Martha. I will read nearly anything that involves Percy, he is my absolute favorite character in Harry Potter, and he is sadly misrepresented. I dislike Jo Rowling giving us her interpretation of what happened to characters after she finished writing. I follow canon as anything published in the seven books of the series and the three companion books. (However, I do occasionally fudge that. I hate the idea of Teddy/Victoire) That Weasley family tree is the thorn in my side, and mine looks much different. Bill & Fleur-Victoire Gabrielle (b. 1999) and Arthur Remus (b. 2003) Charlie never married. Percy & Penelope-Ophelia Margaret (b. 1998) George & Alicia-Amelia Glory (b. 2002), Gwen Catherine (b. 2004) and Frederick Gideon (b. 2008) You know the drill with H/G and R/Hr. some thing that might be interesting about me. I love TV, and I watch a lot of it. If I could possibly have any job in the world, it would be screenwriting. I love alternative comedy like Tim & Eric and Neil Hambuger. I listen to some really obscure music; I have an awesome collection of early 80s Scottish indie pop. My favorite movies are Wes Anderson films and The Big Lebowski (which I can quote backwards and forwards). I love art history more than life itself; it is my passion, and I can't wait to be working as a curator someday. Oscar Wilde is my inspiration in life, I love his works and his fantastic life and he has given me better advice than living people. I'm a German student and recently spent some time in Germany, I now have a passion for Deutschland! enjoy the reading. |
