Reasons- Shelloyd: The fact is, Colette may have an incredible level of devotion to Lloyd. Lloyd appreciates that. But, he simply can't be compatable with her because she makes him feel frustrated and helpless when all he wants to do is help. She simply rejects help and keeps on bearing it- Lloyd can't stand anybody being sacrificed, and the only true devoted feeling and personality trait Colette has is that she's not afraid to sacrifice herself. Lloyd cannot stand to see anybody sacrificed. Sheena is very compatable with Lloyd- The two have both endured guilt beyond imagination. Whether it be Volt or Iselia, they both can comfort each other on their guilt because they've experienced it firsthand. Sheena especially, looks for a person that can accept her without thinking that she doesn't deserve to exist, just because she was the co-perpatrator in the Volt accident. She just wants somebody to see things that are not complicated by past events, just who she is. Lloyd can do that- He is simple at heart, not stupid. He understands everybody just by looking into their hearts. He just looks that the core of a person. This is what Sheena needs. They both also have similar values- They both have no tolerance for sacrifices, they will go with things that are morally right, and they are not afraid to stop things that are wrong. Besides, Sheena is the only person at both Flanior and Heimdall to admit indirectly that she has fallen in love with the Gentle Idealist. Besides, Zelos has plenty of reasons to admit he loves her. But, he royally screws every chance he ever gets.

For heaven's sake. Zelos does not give either Sheena or himself time to develop a relationship.

People who read, but don't review. In most circumstances, I can understand if you were pressed for time or simply forgot, but to have a story that is on the favorites of thirteen people and on alert of fifteen and to only get TWO reviews for one chapter? (This is just a non-existant example story, but please read further) First of all, not only is it rude to read-and-run (especially if you liked the fic), but it makes the author think everyone suddenly boycotted their fic for reasons that are unknown to them. Secondly, you just might see the fanfic discontinued. So, READ AND REVIEW, PEOPLE!

To those who say that writing fanfiction is gay.

You're telling us that? That those of us who write their minds, their own interpretations and play out their imaginations on a medium that has vastly forced that outdation of literature itself, to stop writing and get a life?

Sorry, people who have a religion, but hell to the no I am not giving it up.

This is the way for us to express ourselves to the world to people that have something in common with us- Besides being on opposite sides of the globe and such. This is not supposed to replace our lives- Writing fanfiction is to enhance it. We read fanfiction to find an expansive library of stories that do not and would not exist in the real, palpable world. Fanfiction is to create answers to the infinite "what-ifs" of any franchise or work of literature, and from those we can even get the inspiration to answer that own nagging "what-if" in the back of our minds.

You cannot critique us on something that you can only see from one perspective. The fanfiction writer sees them both, and does not want to give up the second discovered one when he or she finds it, though some may in the end become satisfied with what they have written, or simply realize that life is crushing them and they must in the end devote themselves to other pursuits. But even those people cannot possible forget what they learned, and that is what those who declare the art to be a sham, a fake, and a source of delinquency and in other words, um, "gay," we're sorry.

What gave you the right to say that? If you have the brain capacity to think, ask yourself that question until you can write something this long. I haven't even gotten close to the length of rants that some people write, so one can say that I'm going easy on you.
