![]() Author has written 17 stories for Artemis Fowl, Ben 10, Fruits Basket, Ouran High School Host Club, Harry Potter, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Diana Wynne Jones. Name: I'll abbreviate it M4. For those wondering why, check out Ah! My Goddess! Age: Old enough to have gone insane and back again. Gender: Have you ever heard of a male princess? Favorite books: Way to many to list. Artemis Fowl series, Faerie Wars series, Farsala Trilogy, Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, Inheritance series, etc, etc... Favorite Anomes/Mangas: Fruits Basket, Ouran High School Host Club, Fullmetal Alchemist, Death Note, Kitchen Princess (barely.) Favorite TV shows: Ben 10 Alien Force it at the top of my list. Favorite pairings: Just about anything canon. Gwevin Gwevin Gwevin! For Ouran, I'm a huge TamaXHaru fan. I prefer KyouyaXRenge, but I also enjoy reading RengeXHikaru, RengeXKaoru, RengeXNekozawa. I'm not a big MCxOC fan. Oh, and my favorite Furuba pairing is RitsuXMitsuru, but I like them all! My Stories A Matter Of Principle: The idea for this one came to me in the shower. I was thinking weird thoughts, and one of them is, how hard would it be to kiss someone who was like a foot taller than you. Somehow my mind jumped to Tamaki and Haruhi. This one takes pieces from a failed twoshot I tried to write called Of Lysol And Candlefire. I rather like how this turned out! Because Snow Is Only Water: This one is so very sad! I wanted to write a story showing how I viewed Hikaru's and Kaoru's relationship. I needed something that would bring them together, and I decided on character death. Eventually I realized that the only ones that would matter that much to them was each other, and I knew, as hard as it would be, I had to kill one of them. Kaoru just fit the selfless type so well. There may be typos in this- I couldn't bring myself to reread it. The truth- I even had to have someone else write the word "dead" in my notebook at school because I didn't have the strength to do it myself. I think this turned out well- my amazingly talented friend drew a picture in commemoration when she read it! Cherish the Thunder: I have always thought Ranka just pesters the heck out of Tamaki because he knows Tamaki will take away his little girl one day. This is the story that stemmed from that belief. A lot of my fanfics are just my way of showing my opinions to the world, especially my third person oneshots that seldom directly name the main character. I did intend to use "the boy" a bunch in this- I can't think of anything else language appropriate that Ranka would call him. This one is good, I think! Corona: This is the only multichapter fanfic I've finished to this day- I'm really bad about losing motivation. That's why even my oneshots are somewhat short. I absolutely adore how this turned out! It's about the most in character piece I've ever written. The title goes back to the days I was among the brainwashed masses that actually thought Twilight was good literature, and I kind of just titled it in the style of that series. Debt Be Not Proud: This is one of my newer ones, showing my view on how the host club views Haruhi's debt. It always bugged me that they stopped mentioning her debt, and this was the realization I came to. The title was really just me goofing around. For a while it was going to be "debtor no longer," but I liked this better. More Than Worthless: This isn't my greatest work by any means. One of the things that truly bugs me about any sort of cartoons (Japanese, American, animated, or otherwise) is the fact that nobody ever has scars unless it ties directly into the plot. I decided that they have them in secret (hehe). I wanted to write a story about the scars I was positive Tohru got in volume six, and how they would be a constant reminder to Kyo that he'd made a few stupid mistakes. This is what came from it. She Cares: Try She Cares Mark Two, newly published! It's my rewrite of the old one, and it's officially AU. Thank You: There was a fanfiction contest on the Artemis Fowl Fangathering for Artemis' birthday, and for some reason, in my mind, "oneshot contest" translates to "write something really angsty, Aura!" This is another one of those stories I haven't read since I wrote it. It won the contest, though, so it must be good. To Be Alone: I wanted to write something that showed that Tamaki and Haruhi could be there to comfort each other when it came to the situations with their mothers. I'm not sure when this idea popped into my head, but it stuck. I didn't realize until about May 4th (the story was already up on the site) that I'd picked Cinco de Mayo for his mother's birthday. Oops! Warm Fuzzies: So much for being a series of drabbles. I think I'll probably just leave it by itself, unless something earth-shattering comes to me. |
