It's been a minute since I've logged in, but I am actually alive and kicking. Between working two jobs and full time school, I'm beat. But I'm still writing, scribbling when I have the energy and mojo.

Man, this is the first finished story that I've posted here and sadly that's probably only because it's a one shot. This was a fic swap that I did with my friends; I was assigned this pairing without having to watch the show. To this day I've never seen a whole episode, but I hear that it's good. Keep that in mind if you read it and are like 'Wha-?' (Well, more than usual; I highly doubt in the show Kenshin threw Sano down and had his way with him - or the other way around. But you get the idea.) Hopefully this won't be the only finished fic up. -crosses fingers-

Beauty and the Priest (Saiyuki)

Summary: Hakkai returns to his hometown attempting to live normally. He finds himself far from normal as he ends up rooming with a couple of strangers his old friend Gojyo set him up with. How long can Hakkai hold onto his sanity living with Sanzo and Goku? AU

I still remember how this was supposed to go...somewhat. And while I enjoy all of the positive comments about the writing, I'm looking at the chapters and wincing with the knowledge I now have. Reading it has sparked some interest and I'm hoping that people are floating around and waiting for more... I need to decide if I'll continue from where I left off, or start over completely. Or if I'll just revamp the chapters I have written now, and then continue on. There are a lot of run-ons...

EDIT: I'm currently in the process of rewriting this entire fic over. It's taken a while since I'm writing it out of order, but if I had to put a percent on it, I'd say it's about 70% done. However, it's just different enough that I think I'll leave what's posted up there and add this one as a second story. And who knows, maybe someday I'll finish the original one too. We'll play that by ear.

EDIT EDIT: I'm currently organizing the chapters and putting them in order (I wrote them down as they came to mind - seemed like a great idea at the time) and working on the last bits. Tweaked the name and have a couple more chapters before I can say it's done. That only took - how many years? Is anyone even still paying attention to me anymore lol? (I wouldn't blame you.)

Reincarnation Generation (Pokemon)

Summary: Heroes and villains have reborn again, but with different lives, perspectives, and experiences, and therefore potentially on different sides of the battlefield. A war is brewing, and past lives become vital in the present. Told with more perspective towards the Pokemon Special manga.

This is the story I'm mainly focusing on right now, and it's dedicated to my BPB (Best Pokemon Buddies). One has been prodding at me to get this one finished, but I never got the chance to send it to her, so I'm posting it here. The second friend has sort of slipped from the Pokemon loop, but I'm hoping that he'll be like me; randomly get the urge to play again. If not, I still can't complain; this guy was awesome in battle and technically taught me everything an online competitive battler needs to know(before him, I had no idea what EV training was or how it worked). Originally I had a cool idea for keeping track of who had what Pokemon and a theme song for each chapter, but Pokecharms never fixed their Trainer Card Maker and it had the best sprites. And it took too much effort to try to pick a song for each chapter - that would take almost as long as writing the chapter! " Anyways, so I'm reconstructing this bad boy. But the bad guy is choking my Muses, so for now I'm still constructing.

EDIT: I'm writing an outline to turn this into something else entirely. I'm wanting an academy fic, but we'll see.

I took off the Left 4 Dead fanfic because I hadn't remembered it until I read my profile. Which says a lot.

Anyways...for now, that's all. To anyone who may see this, I'll do my best to get some updates. The Beauty and the Priest I really want to finish it all before I post it, just so I won't leave anyone else hanging.
