I read this in the morning and I've already enjoyed reading it out loud to several friends, causing everyone to burst into hysterics.

I almost died... trying so hard not to laugh with other people around, but when I saw Sauron's name, it was really, really hard! I loved Theodred's! But you forgot Treebeard, Quickbeam, Morgoth, Elrond (his wife is across the Sea... does that count?), Barliman Butterbur, the Witch-King of Angmar, the other Ringwraiths, and the dwarves from the Hobbit! (Such a shame Tom Bombadil is married!)
