I didn't just squeal at that ending. I love their friendship. He isn't wrong about the fact she's still a good person, despite what she's done. A lot of what she did was out of love and protecting those she loves the most. She's under tremendous pressure and all those buried secrets, grief, and anger are finally manifesting itself on the surface.

You know, I should be sleeping right now. Ha ha! But I wanted to thank you for your nice review on my story and wanted to read the story that was partially inspired by it :)

Anyway, storywise. I love how Vanessa texted Jay when Hailey wouldn't call him. Of course, Jay would already be worried about her because that's the way they are when something happens to the other.

Still feel so bad for Hailey as she's watching Vanessa drive away, especially knowing she's going in an entirely different direction than her for the next two weeks. Jay has got to have many questions when Vanessa gets to work, that's for sure. If he's not nursing a hangover first, which is entirely possible.

THIS? This was bloody brilliant. So cute and so perfect. I am so in love with Vanessa in this story. I mean Jay and Hailey too obviously cause duh, but Vanessa was so funny and I loved when she invited Jay over too. Also loved all the OA stuff with Hailey (catch me talking like I know OA dead well after 1 episode but it was still so nice to see and I love when people write other characters and all these interactions we don't see). I loved how light the story was throughout and it was absolute perfection how Jay met her at the airport. All round marvellous as always. Thank you for writing and sharing xx

Joo were even cute the last moments between OA and Hailey, these two had a good rapport, but well nothing to do against Upstead.
It's okay for Hailey and Hank to talk and he acknowledges that she did a good job there, aside from giving him the flight details and more.
Vanessa joining the matchmaker and manages Jay for Hailey hehehe.
Trudy also talking to Jay about Hailey and a happy Jay and a nod to the penultimate episode of the season.
AND Jay great ! he is going to look for her, buy her flowers, take her to dinner ..., wonderful !
