Sure... He may seem to have no luck with women and the advice his dad gave him was terrible. So what? Jaune can still be charming without knowing and worm his way into the hearts of woman! Jaune gives Yang a massage. Hilarity/drama/romance/thinly veiled polyship subplots ensue, but this time with better writing and less jumping the shark. Emphasis on the drama without crossing the sharkline. There will be plot, character development, blond's with deep-rooted issues, and more story than just some massages and hanky-panky.

The real reason Jaune never trained to be a hunter was that he was too busy resisting the temptation to be a playboy. Who thought that raising a boy with seven attractive, clingy, demanding, adopted sisters would result in a well-adjusted young man? Another Jaune vs the Forces of Harem story.

Jaune Arc was born a genius. A genius with potential, as well as money and resources behind his name. Yet even before his journey begins, his home is razed and his adventure is almost ended there.
