The continuation of where the movie left off, detailing a possible future of Taki and Mitsuha's lives (bold and italicized "I" represent Taki and Mitsuha respectively.)

Despite knowing that the other was special, Taki and Mitsuha lack the memories to know why. Their connection granted by Musubi guaranteed that they would meet again, but it's up to them to bring back their memories.

All things that had tangled between them had come undone, yet the very universe conspires to reconnect them. Even as they meet that stranger's eyes, something inside them changes. An alternate ending to Kimi no na wa about Mitsuha's life in Tokyo and her quest to find the one she loves. Rated T for mild language.

This is my 'sequel' to Kimi no na ha. It picks up from the end of the movie and is a light-novel length continuation from the movie with its own plot and resolution. It's been a few years since Mitsuha and Taki reunited after 5 years, and now they are a couple. They thought all of the body switching stuff they did was behind them, until it all came back one morning. This story talks about their life as couple, and the hilarious trouble they get into because of their unique condition. Rated T, may change later depending on content.
