i. Introduction...

Hello, you may call me Aya. She/her, demi-bisexual, passive/skeptical Christian, INFP-T (The Mediator).

I like a variety of things such as reading, writing, and doodling/drawing. I also like watching TV shows and movies, as I'm sure almost everyone likes to do.

Well, what else is there to say? Hmm, what does anyone write in these things, anyway? I love, love, love to read whenever I have time (which is never). So much so I come here to read more about what I've already read or watched. I also write about things I've read or watched. Guess that is pretty self-explanatory. My cooking skills are decent, nothing amazing or restaurant quality, but it's edible and tastes good, or so I'm told. Sometimes I like to experiment, get creative and cook something from one of the cooking shows I watch. Other times I will cook out of a box.

Umm... I have three cats who I live in a 3 bedroom home with my hubby and son. The cats end up taking over everything anyway, so I suppose it is a privilege they have let US stay for so long. It would be nice if they could get jobs, though. They get pretty expensive.

I don't act my age and I like video games, when I have the time to play them, that is. Coffee is my blood and Dr. Pepper is a vice. I have a deep love for vampires and anything magical, really. I also love music and writing is a great past time, until it becomes an obsession.

No, I do not have an Oedipus Complex, I never have.

iv. Operation Project Madness...

As of right now, my primary project is to sort through and organize my nightmare of stories. I will list my plans here, and hope that it will be a personal motivator as well as give you an idea of what the fudge is going on with me.

My things are currently under extreme construction, so if you are tired of my shit at this point, then the unfollow button is here [points in a random direction]. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

- What Dreams Become: A 5-chaptered gift ficlet and my very first crossover with Harry Potter and Iron Man where Tony Stark is Harry's godfather and becomes his legal guardian. It is also the name of a series I have created that will have 1-shots and future mutlichaptered stories that will be connected to its verse. These will all share the same cover photo and will be marked within the summary as well.

- The Malfoy Secret: Is being put on hold and will be Rewritten and Reposted eventually. I have a better idea of where I want to take the story and a lot of the earlier chapters need overhauled to not only fit the clearer picture I now have for it, but to also fix some discrepancies in portraying certain characters and improve plot/character development. It took me a long time to decide what to do with this story, but I will not abandon it. It just needs some well-focused love is all. You will see it again, and soon you will learn the Malfoys Secret.

- The Lioness: I do have plans for at least a couple more chapters for this. Exactly how many depends on who I want to feature in them, who I want to roast over an open flame, or where I want to take the plot, which is being planned out as I go. I update slower than snails wading through molasses, so just keep an eye out for notifications. They'll come eventually.

- Bloodborne Child: I have no ending planned for this story at all, so updates will be sparse at best.

- Extra Credit: A 5-chaptered gift ficlet for a friend of mine. The plot is planned out, but I haven't had the oompf to really work on it. Chapters will come as they are finished.

- Secret Angel: I honestly don't really have any idea where I could take this story. I have been getting a ton of requests to update/expand upon it, and it is on the list. I haven't watched Charmed in so long, however, and will need to refresh my memory of this show a little bit more before getting the proper structure of the story together. When it does take more shape, I will post it attached to the original one-shot as it's own story.

v. Gift Fics...

These are stories that have been written in my honor, and I love every single one!

- Love Grows by Gwen (Warnings: Referenced Character Death; Referenced Major Illness; Implied Incest; Grief/Mourning)

- Over the Rainbow by Magi (Warnings: Referenced Pregnancy Issue; Temporary Threat to a Child; Mpreg feels (due to a trans man giving birth)

- Precious Moments by Ellie (Warnings: Sexual Innuendo; Debilitating Disease; Discussion of Slavery; Temporary Danger to a Child)

- All the Broken Pieces by Bex (Warnings: post-war guilt/trauma, implied alcohol abuse)

vi. Collections...

- Threads of Fate: A collection of loosely interconnected stories about Draco, Astoria, and Scorpius' lives. All of these stories take place within the same created universe, so there is a rough timeline that can be followed with each story. Some things may overlap, but I will try not to duplicate certain events too often. So far I have a minor discrepancy of two stories that feature Astoria's death that do not align very well. I will take the needed steps to try and meld them together better. These stories will be posted/reposted as stand-alone, but will feature the same cover image as well as a note in the summary that it is part of this universe.

- Ferret in a Weasel's Den: A collection of loosely interconnected stories about Draco, Scorpius, Fred, and George. All of these stories take place within the same created universe, so there will be a rough timeline that can be followed with each story. This collection is also a collaboration between a good friend and myself, though I have taken creative liberty to continue to expand upon the collection with my friend chiming in every so often. These stories will be posted/reposted as stand-alone, but will feature the same cover image as well as a note in the summary that it is part of this universe.

- Drabble Drawer, Archive of Stray Thoughts, Wanderings of Lost Plots: These collections are here for me to put stories I am too insecure to post as stand-alone pieces. You will notice that will be quite a few stories will be put in these and separated based on their word counts for convenience. I did have an old collection that bore the same name, but I have removed it entirely. What happened to all 60-something trainwrecks that were in there? Well, I have them all stowed on my GDocs where I am currently sorting through them based on word counts, proofreading them, and marking their original written dates on each one. I am then (slowly) reuploading the cesspools into the corresponding collection that matches their word count range. So yes, I am reposting a ton of old stories back on here. Why? Because I a) wanted to have things a little bit more organized, b) I wanted to spread out my pieces a little more based on their length rather than hodgepodging it all in one basket, c) depression and anxiety is an absolute bitch. Each collection will have a Table of Contents as the first chapter for navigation purposes. It will contain summaries/pairing/ratings/warnings for each story, making it easier for you, Reader, to find something you might like a little quicker.

Ferret in a Weasel's Den is a collaboration pairing/universe created alongside my amazing friend, Blue Rose.

Between her and I, we have developed this Brainchild of a Triad; Ferrets Fireworks (Fred/Draco/George), or Silver Fireworks (Fred/Draco/George, Scorpius) as a family. It just ... works, you really can't knock it till you try it, seriously. It has developed into its own little collab series between us, and it will have various glimpses into the aftermath of what has either been mentioned in passing from a story Blue or I wrote, as well as ideas pulled from thin air. Either way, we worked our magic to get this triad pairing together, and by golly we are loving every second of it.

Below you will see a rough setup of a timeline/ideal order to read these stories in. Most are stand-alone, others are continuations and will be marked as such. It's just more fun to read them all in the order listed below. I will update links to Blue and I's work as they are posted. Who knows how far we can go with this? We are definitely going to find out!

- Constructive Criticism is appreciated. I have tough skin, so if you need to be blunt about something I can take it. I want to know if my writing isn't coherent (crypic sentences, vague/complex descriptions, plotholes, unmarked offensive/triggering content, etc) or if something is extremely wrong (like duplicated paragraphs, littered with spelling errors, etc). You can leave it in a review or send it via PM. Though if you choose to flame me, just know it won't do a damned thing to me. dragonhide is immune to your petty fire.

- If you are a Harry Potter fanfic writer that likes to keep things written as accurate as possible to Rowlings Word Crimes (spelling wise, detail wise, etc), I suggest following the link below for all those tricky Potterwords. - I am a proud Slytherin/Ravenclaw mix! I got the Ravenclaw smarts but the Slytherin traits. Fortunately, I am more of a Slytherin by nature.

- The One Ring is really Saurons' horcrux before a horcrux had a name and definition. Coincidence? I think so. Brilliant minds that think alike.

- I am a total sucker for most of the bad boys, anti-heroes, or villains. I rarely fancy the heroes. Perhaps it's because they make most of the bad guys extremely attractive? I don't really know what that says about me. My theory: Most villains are attractive to symbolize the temptation of how physical beauty can have people blindly overlook the dark, nasty personality. Makes sense to me.

- Tom Felton and Daniel Radcliffe have been in horror movies since Harry Potter. Dan was in The Woman in Black, and Tom in The Apparition. Talk about a change in scenery.
