RoseFire is a name born from two sources.

"Rose" - I tend to write beautiful and romantic stories, or stories that have at least a soft sense of love. I love romantic stories, in truth and I favor shows that have a healthy sense of the romantic.

"Fire" - Whether romantic, adventure, or friendship, I write with a passion that I feel for the characters, the storyline (both my own and the original I borrow from) and towards making each character true to his or her original personality.

RoseFire is a contradiction, a paradox...as am I.

Why do I call myself a paradox? Well, I can just as easily be found at the library or bookstore as I can be found at the gym, lifting weights and running. I like quiet evenings sitting in front of a roaring fire, listening to quiet music with a glass of red wine and typing at my computer on my latest fanfic inspiration. I also like sitting at the sports bar up the street watching the latest hockey, football or baseball game.

I consider myself a very near intellectual equal to most guys, but still have an emotional streak that sends me running towards chocolate and my teddy bear.

I like subjects of time travel, light speed, technology, and video games, but I can crochet through the conversation and not skip a beat...or a stich. I like the image of walking on the beach at sunrise with a handsome man, talking about absolutely anything, but have no reservations about kicking the guy's butt if he tries anything.

I write for you, my gentle reader, in hopes to give you fun and smiles and send you on an imaginative journey that will touch all your senses.

I always like to hear from my readers. It's what inspires me and helps me write better.
