Does anyone actually look at profile pages? If you do then hi, I'm Annika. I guess the two important things about me are that I love books and I love to write and so fan fiction is one of my favorite things in the world. I'm from Michigan and despise winter (yeah I know, I'm working on my scheme to move to Florida) and I have a mild (read: terrible) caffeine addiction.

I suppose that's most of the important stuff about me. Also, I'm a full-time college student so how much (or how little) I write and post on here is usually a reflection of how much work I have (or how much I'm procrastinating).

Right now I write only Harry Potter fan fics, though I read stories from Harry Potter and from Jane Austen. James/Lily is my otp, although Elizabeth and Darcy are an extremely close second and honestly I have an unhealthy fixation on both of these couples.

I read a lot of fics, I run a tumblr blog dedicated to Jily and the Marauders my url is ohdeerjily (sorry FFN won't let me put a link in here!) and I've reread HP more times than I can count. I typically read canon-compliant fics, though a really good AU can catch my interest. While Jily fics are my favorites, I enjoy readiing Harry/Ginny, Hermione/Ron, Blackinnon, and Scorpius/Rose.

And really, all in all, reading is my safe haven and writing is my therapy so I tend to spend quite a bit of time on this site.
