![]() Author has written 7 stories for Criminal Minds, Secret Circle, and Chicago Fire. "You don't write for the whole world, and you don't write for ten people, or two. You write for just one person." Kurt Vonnegut "Bluebeard" For those of you who want to know what makes my crazy mind tick... I guess the basics first: I'm 27 years old and am continuing my pursuit of tactical medicine as a career. I write mainly to keep my thoughts in order... if I didn't I would go absolutely ape-shit crazy (that is if I'm not already). I lean more to reading the femslash because I can and I find that they can provide a different level of intimacy between the characters. Plus I can relate. I write when, and only when, my muse stops by to check in on things. so that tends to mean that I post very sporadically, but I will eventually finish everything that I start. I think subtext is a very underrated tool when it comes to writing, and while I would love to see some of my favorite TV couples actually become canon (JJ/Emily from Criminal Minds, Shay/Dawson from Chicago Fire, Regina/Emma from Once Upon a Time, and Rachel/Quinn from Glee) I think the subtext relationship provided allows us to use our imagination even more. Simply put: amazing subtext is amazing.
