Name: Amy

Age: 29 My birthday is sometime in April.

I am a grocery clerk in a not so little college town, living amongst the nutcases of everyday life... Seriously, I have come to the belief that the people's ability to read in my town has certainly gone down... though it could be that the people here are articulate in the act of not paying attention to signs. Yeah I'll go with that XD.

I have one sister who half the time we are down each others necks, but in my family love/hate relationships are how most of the females (particularly sisters on my mom's side of the family) act and respect each other in kind... We just naturally get on each others nerves.

My hobbies include writing, reading, and gardening... so come spring half of my attention is going to prettifying my yard!!!

Interesting notes on my Oc's and their names...

Cassie... Cassie earned her name mainly because well... I would blame my cat... but It was actually once on my list to begin with. I liked it because it meant: Unheeded Prophetess. And well it kind of fits the bill... even if I tweaked it and made it seeing ghosts instead of the future...

Crescent... Well since I gave Cassie such a strong Greek name I decided that hey why not. So I started to go through names and decided that she would hate her real name plus any variation of it leaving her simply as Crescent meaning: the curved sickle shape of the waxing or waning moon.

Bay... When I came up with idea for 387 I didn't know what to call the poor aunt that would get saddled with a moderately estranged nephew courtesy of their insanely long family. So in all truth her name came after I chose Octavius' And decided that she would be named like him in the order of how she was born. She was her parents Seventh child. I didn't like any of the girl's names so I named her Bay which is actually Vietnamese for Seventh. the secondary meaning is English which Bay means Foolhardy.

Octavius... This one was easy. I wanted character from a rather large family, and I decided that Octavius would get his name from the fact that he was the eighth born child in his family. Octavius means: Eighth. His middle name Augustus, Has several meaning... None of which I really paid attention to until now... I used Augustus to match his first name in it's strenghth, and because August is the eighth month. Augustus means: August, Dignified, and Holy.

Simon... Okay well he was in 387 long enough to die. But I picked Simon over some of the other names I had chosen for the fact the his name means: He Who Hears, as well as God Has Heard.
