What happens when Tony get's himself into a mess he started 17 years ago? And what happens when Peter finds out Richard Parker wasn't his real father, all while S.H.I.E.L.D wants the Avengers to find Spideman, and Tony knows he has to keep his son safe.

Living on the streets after Aunt May passes away, Peter avoids getting close to anyone. He stops being Spider-man after it only causes him to lose all of those he cares about. He made one mistake that ruined his attempts to isolate himself: he grabs the attention of Bruce Banner and Tony Stark. The other Avengers soon follow as Tony does not take no as an answer.

(After Civil War, no pairings, fatherly!Tony). A month after the war between heroes, Tony couldn't help but wonder about how his new young friend, Spiderman, is doing after the battle at the airport. When he's ambushed while on patrol, he finds himself in HYDRA's hands and being tortured for information on the Winter Soldier's location. Public opinion of Spider-Man is beginning to shift. In response, NYPD aims to work closely with the hero to counteract rumours of past police brutality toward the vigilante. But Peter, still frightened from past experiences with aggressive officers, is reluctant to co-operate, until a program once made to communicate with the hero, becomes much, much more. As the situations thickens, Peter starts wondering why activate Ultron instead people who have gifts & talents who could offer more? Is Peter ready to trust someone again with his secret? Peter Parker's day had been going excellently. He was finally starting to move past Gwen's death and was applying himself in his schoolwork again, trying for a full ride to Empire State University. Then Captain America crash landed in front of his Aunt May's house. Even when taking a recess from being Spider-Man, it seems Peter just can't catch a break.

After the events with S.H.E.I.L.D. and Hydra, S.H.E.I.L.D. is no more and they need all the help they can get when the science bro's get a little more then what they bargained for in their latest creation.
