Now that you've glanced over that quote, read it again. Slower. Comprehend it. Accept it. Because, as writers, this is us. Our stories, whether if created using another's characters or our own, are a dream. A dream that we have created and made possible. Maybe not in the sense that some believe that this quote means, but they are still alive. We are the Dreamers of the Day. A group of dangerous men and women who have an immeasurable amount of power at our fingertips, literally. You, with your works, have enthralled probably hundreds. And that is something that is truely scary. The idea that you can completely occupy so much of one person's limited time with just something that you've written through personal experience and your dreams.
Read that quote again and just sit for five minutes and think about it. You'll find that your little hobby can have so much more meaning to it after that. Don't believe me? How long have I kept you here, reading a profile page that has been all about one simple, two lined little quote? And that is my point. Our words, whether spoken or written or typed out, can be truly dangerous things. A double edged sword so to speak. And I hope that you all embrace it.
