![]() Author has written 29 stories for Harry Potter. Update July 2016: You may have noticed chapters popping up here and there as I steadily get around to writing, updating, proofing and finishing up my stories. Thank you so much for your saint-like patience. Welcome! You've stumbled upon the profile of Snowy Winter Tales, a slightly insane student who frequently ignores her homework in favour of burying herself deeper into the Harry Potter fandom. Currently, I have three chaptered stories up, of which two are active. Diary of a Red Head is a complete seventeen chapter story written from Ginny Weasley's point of view, in diary form. It takes place over the summer of Ginny's fifth year and it turns out to be quite chaotic, what with Harry and Hermione coming to stay at the Burrow, and the fact that she might still sort of really like Harry. It was nominated for and won Best Characterization at the Potterholics Anonymous Forums' Reader's Choice Awards, and has been translated into French by Paeslee as Journal d'une rousse, into Italian by DanaeHaydee as Diario di una rossa (on EFP-Fanfiction) and into German by Ginny-Hermione Fan as Das Tagebuch einer Füchsin -- which, in turn, is being read into an audio-book by the lovely fight4cookies on YouTube. Chocolate Biscuits is the sequel to Diary of a Red Head, and takes place approximately three or four years later. It revolves around Ginny's life as a secretary at the Ministry of Magic; her somewhat confusing and frustrating relationship with her boss, Draco Malfoy, and her love for the hero of the wizarding world, Harry Potter. The third story is titled Your Hidden Past, and features Hermione who, by some bizarre twist of fate, has ended up in 1978, with no means of getting home on time to help Harry defeat He Who Must Not Be Named. If you have any questions about one of my stories, feel free to e-mail me. Hopefully, you'll enjoy reading my stories as much as I loved writing them. Cheers! |
