Greetings! I am Malc Modnar, college student, Pokémon fanatic, and all-around terrible person.

I'm also probably insane, but I'll not let something as inconsequential as that distract me.

My reason for being here begins with my stumbling across a copy of Pokémon Mystery Dungeons: Explorers of Time at a local game store. I'd started playing Pokémon games when Crystal version released, and this little spin-off looked interesting. I bought it, expecting an entertaining distraction until Platinum released... and got Explorers of Time instead.

After the first ten minutes, I was hooked. I loved the characters, hated the villains, and was generally enthralled from the opening scenes to the last battle. Though I’ve played dozens of games both Pokémon and not since, I've found nothing quite as extraordinary as Explorers. But, as much as I loved the game's story, I always felt there were a few questions it never answered, a sentiment I've learned is fairly common. Since I can't stand unanswered questions, I started filling in the blanks on my own, and things sort of spiraled out of control from there.

So, at the suggestion of a very good and very insane friend, I've decided to turn my answers into a story. I've always been fairly good at writing, but I freely admit I've never done anything like this before. As such, I'd love to hear any advice, criticisms, and suggestions you have - let me know what I'm doing wrong!
