Author has written 49 stories for Devil Wears Prada, Crazy Rich Asians Trilogy, and Nanny Diaries. Shall We Dance Ms. Priestly? Has been written by me blaring the band Prides singles ''Higher Love'' and '' I Should Know You Better '' (Thank heavens for ibuds neighbors') and also Prides amazing Mixtape which I was emailed by the band, also writing with a lots of catchy 80s songs, I shall never reveal. When I've been writing ''Your Limousine Got Stuck In Traffic'' Chapters I tend to almost break my IPod in search of a perfect song to compose each scene to. Latest song addiction ''Settle Down'' by The 1975 for latest Chapter Twenty Six update. I love 1975's ''Chocolate'' and ''Girls'' and ''The City'' and ''Robbers''. Ahh raw poetry to music. That and a wicked sense of humour few appreciate. I love all genres of music. To many bands to list. I've lived in five countries. To Americans I sound British and to British which I am, I sound American and to confuse everyone I've lived in Canada and Spain. Presently living somewhere on a Semi Tropical Colonial Island that drives me insane, believe me if one lives here too long you die of boredom or alcohol poisoning or struck by tourists on mopeds. Working on windsurfing away. If you've seen ''Fools Gold'' and '' Death in Paradise'' and can envision a population of Gomer Pyle's love children this is the place. If you ever get any crazy need to return to your hometown or in my case island of birth never return, sit down and let that lunatic imbecile idea pass. I read voraciously most recently rereading a favorite ''The Physician'' by Noah Gordon. I love photography, travel, art, cooking and I bake moreish cookies and butter tarts. I enjoy many genre of films. From sappy to rom com to foreign to thriller to ''is one box of tissues enough romantic''. I just don't like those film people rave about and you go and spend money on to see, thinking it will change your life and end up hating it and scratching your head why the hell was it ever made. Also adore poetry hence the ''quotes'' from Neruda to Keats to Lorca. I will also must find a place for John Clare's 'First Love'' and ''Rapture'' by Galway Kinnell in perhaps this or another story. |
