With the exception of the couple stories I wrote back in eighth grade, I write for my favorite characters. Because of this, I tend to spoil them a little, but hey. Also, keeping characters in character is pretty important to me, so I do my best! I am currently working on a series that involves an OC, and she is the device I use to make my characters happy (specifically created for Seto Kaiba to admire, but it turns out she works well for more than just that). In other words, I am a character centered writer, not an OC centered writer. The OC is just used as a way to keep the characters in character without stretching or changing the canon in any way.

My main series is YGO (with some Vampire Knight). It started as a challenge to write a believable romance fic for Kaiba that keeps him in character, but just kind of keeps going because it's fun to write.

Seto's Silver Ace: {Sequel} The relationship deepens as Kaiba accepts her as one of his prizes, not to be won by any old enemies in the course of his latest tournament (still, of course, designed with the goal of taking Yugi down) [YGO] complete

Orion: {Prequel/Companion Piece} Two loners build one of the most precious friendships possible, all without meaning to [VK] complete

Until He Had It All: {Second Sequel} Seto Kaiba is close to having everything, but of course something gets in the way. When a series of mishaps and tragedies interfere, he may be the only one who can fix everything [YGO/VK] complete

*if you were wondering if I will include Jem in canon events, the answer is no. Though I've had ideas, I prefer to write so as to leave the canon unaltered, though I will put a spin on it.

Celestial Sesshomaru: This story follows Sesshomaru after the anime ends. He goes off to become Lord of the Western Lands and is pressured to produce an heir though he has no interest in it. This story is written somewhat as a myth and is more PG than my other fics (minus my very first). [Inuyasha] in progress

Ren Maaka: A Dark Love Story: This is the tale of a girl that Ren may have had more of a liking to, whether he likes it or not. But a lot comes up for her, and she isn't particularly wooed by Ren. He soon comes to find that there is a lot more to her than meets the eye, all, of course, in the process of trying to sleep with her. Be warned, this is by far my most mature fic. A Hunger for Butterflies: The curse remains when Torhu returns to the Sohma household. Though things are not the same and people have grown, feelings may still linger. [FB] in progress

Update Quips

1/12 It has been a long long time since I wrote my stories. Recently, I was rereading my main fic and thought "I can do better" (I mean, one would hope so after 8 years, right?) so I redid it. Not only that, I am mostly done with the sequel and even have ideas for a third, so stay posted. Though I must say, it will just not be the same without my dear Canadian friends Evil StormSister and pirate_gurl15, miss you! But I hope to meet many more of you through the reviews of what I have yet to post, so I hope to hear from you soon!

2/1/12 Hooray the chapters are back up! Also, I had an idea for a story yesterday: What if Kaiba met Sesshomaru? You know, with Kaiba's whole 'dog' insult thing, and their attitudes and their stubbornness (Kaiba could easily be a reincarnate of Sess), but then I realized Sesshomaru would just kill Kaiba. So there it is, you pretty much read the story. Also, killing Kaiba would make him less badass and I currently have lots of plans for him, so let's not kill him. This is just for all of you who find the idea as amusing as I do.

2/4/12 There Has to be More to It is complete and the first chapter of the sequel, Seto's Silver Ace, is posted. Now I have to do some real work, but I just adore hearing what you all think so give me some nice things to come back to in a day or two (hopefully).

6/1/12 So my series is under construction. I went back and swapped out their first date because it never quite worked for me, but I like the alternative better. So if a couple things don't line up because you're reading through them before I've completely gone through them, that's why!

2/24/13 I'm going back to edit, as always, but am doing a horrible thing and spewing too many stories right now (including one for FB to finally match my avatar and pen name!). I would like to finish all of them because I hate leaving things unfinished, it'll just be a slower process. Feedback is always appreciated, and I do take comments into consideration when I'm writing.

11/2/13 I've done a horrible thing where I try to write 4 stories while trying to live a full life outside of fanfiction. Thank you to those of you who have stayed with me through it.

12/7/13 Just to let you know The Flirtatious Period has been retitled It's Never That Easy. I thought it fit better since there really isn't much flirting, though it doesn't play on a prehistoric time period. Above I've added a timeline for the series if you're interested. Also, I have announced another, yes, another story for the series *whew*. I'm working on it all, but right now am in Jem mode while occasionally switching to Ivy or Yua mode. It's just all as it strikes me, so bear with me.

11/10/15 Ren Maaka: A Dark Love Story is finished!! By that I mean all written, publishing frequently as I try to do good editing.

9/27/16 Soooo kinda been working on Dreamers, but have recently started rewriting More to It. Same plot, different details. More to come on this
