Makoto doesn't want to pressure Haru into making decisions for the future, but over the course of time Makoto starts to doubt his relationship with Haru and whether they will be able to stay together even after graduation.

It isn't Makoto's voice that wakes up him first. It's the sudden chilling freezing sensation that rips through his chest and entire body, leaving him with nothing but dread.

The twins decide permanent marker is great, and now Makoto has to skip practice out of embarrassment. Haru's 'motherly instincts' suddenly surface.

Makoto finds out that his late-night 'talks' with Haru are starting to take a financial toll on his family. He's met with an even bigger surprise when he goes to his part-time job for the first time.

The boys are 13, and it's the year where Makoto gets his growth spurt.

A slip of the tongue, no control over his words, and Haru finds himself in a world without Makoto. But the Tachibanas suddenly have an urgent family issue to attend to, leaving Makoto in Haru's care. Haru isn't going to waste this chance.

Makoto has never fought with his parents. But now that it's happened, he can't help but despair. It only gets worse when Haru doesn't appear to be home…

Haru can't seem to get a sickly sweet 'love song' out of his head, and wait, since when could Makoto play the guitar?
